Located right across the park as well as the police station StayFit is in the same building with statefarm (a few doors down) Upon entering you required to sign a whole bunch of paperwork even signing papers ahead of time the night before. I was a bit apprehensive never been to physical therapy before but Daniel my coach was super cool which put me at ease....He was easy to talk to and he knew his stuff..he was very good and I trust him. I will only ask for him even if I have to wait a week.. So this review although titled as stayfit its mostly for Daniel .. so if you want a really good coach who personable and just cool ask for Daniel read more

Typical therapy and chiro scam. Get you to book out all the appts your insurance will cover and charge you $75 because you couldn't make an appt. You really could give 2 $hitz if the patient, it's all about $$$. I spoke with the lady about not being able to know what my availability will be past 2 weeks. She still insisted I book them all out because they fill up fast. She also told me to just call and reschedule when I find out about a schedule conflict so we can rebook. Guess what, I did that and the lady told me it's $75. I'm going to finish out my appts somewhere else and continue to tell everyone how bad these guys are with being flexible with your scheduling. DONT BOOK ALL YOUR APPOINTMENTS AR ONCE!!!! read more

After having Hip Replacement surgery I went to a PT at the Kapolei location for a few months. Staff were very helpful on scheduling. PT listened to my concerns and my recovery goals. Also modified exercises early on as to my need and ability while healing from surgery. As I grew stronger created exercises that would strengthen and improve balance. read more

I would like to give a shout out to Cat Koike who helped me overcome excruciating nerve pain; neck, shoulder & back pain; carpal tunnel and vertigo with her extensive experience, sharp observations, and prescribed exercises, Cat is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, understanding, and communicates & explains the treatment plan in a way that I can understand so that I can continue all the prescribed exercises at home. When I had questions on what I am doing wrong when trying to do my prescribed exercises at home, she takes the necessary time to show me the proper way & makes needed modifications to my prescribed exercises so that I can continue the treatment at home. I am so grateful that I had Cat as my PT. Thank you Cat for all that you do! read more

Very help full, my therapist was Arden she's awesome.. I have my next appointment with her soon.

StayFit Kapolei provides such excellent care, professionalism, and they are so friendly. One on one care is their motto and they fulfill it. My primary DPT, Rachel M. is absolutely the best! Though sometimes, the exercises, stretches and massages, totally therapeutic hurt I am confident that Rachel cares and is doing what is best to improve or even resolve my issues. One of the issues I came here was for balance. It was getting so bad that I found myself almost falling many times during the day, everyday. I feel safe to say that this issue is 99% resolved. Wow, simply amazing! Joy is another amazing DPT. Her energy and joy are a blessing especially when going through the painful part of the treatment. The therapists chart as they are working with you. This helps to provide more accurate details and continuity of care. The staff here seem to enjoy what they are doing, helping people. And even the front staff are so friendly! If you need physical therapy StayFit Kapolei is the place to go. And don't forget about StayFit Aiea, another location, equally impressive! read more

Always a great experience. They are always on time and though sometimes therapy is uncomfortable, I always feel much better afterward. It's always clean and cool inside. Scheduling is easy and they are always accommodating. read more

after coming here to this place consistantly and being on a fixed schedule, this place said they were gonna call me back in two days and didn't end up calling me back for two weeks causing my personal schedule and appointments to be messed up. After calling to try and schedule appointments they tell me I can't schedule appointments in advance anymore and would have to do same day appointments because of too much of cancellations when both of my appointments land on the same day. When expressing my frustration and telling them what they did wrong on their part, all they could do was read my charts and what they had on record instead of trying to own up and take accountability for their wrongdoings. Now I'd have to work according to their schedule and when their available instead of the opposite. Not going to this place anymore and would rather do PT on my own. read more

Wonderful experience with my first time doing PT. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and accommodating especially with children. They let me have my daughter stay with me while I get my PT done. Justin who's my PT even gets a chair and table for my daughter. He also gets my daughter involved in helping me with my exercises. I love that Justin always has tips on things I can do at home and work. He's very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. read more

Aloha my name is Alyssa!! I went to Stay Fit Physical Therapy in Kapolei due to a work injury. Soliven L was my Physical Therapist for 5 months I was going about 3 to 4 times a week. This was my first experience, going to physical therapy! Dr. Soliven Lansangan is fantastic, he worked with me starting with breathing until I could stand and use weights on my own. He taught me the proper body machines and how to improve my posture. I left Stay Fit Physical Therapy like a brand new person. I am so grateful for all of the necessary tools Dr. Soliven Lansangan provided me, now I am part of a 14-week boot camp where I can use the skills and proper body machines I was taught. The came back is always great than the setback! read more

I saw Daniel Park mostly. He was knowledgeable, patient and helped me get better. I highly recommend him.

Having a workman's comp injury, I was directed to go to STAYFIT. I can truly say,it was a pleasure from the first moment I was greeted by Maria to the last day, having to say goodbye. There's such a spirit of compassion from all of the therapist, even if they are not yours. My therapist was Everly, who was such a perfectionist with a kind, caring attitude. She had such a desire and fighting for, to get me back at work. I appreciate her attention to every step I took in the process. The location is perfect, along with free covered parking, and it's even open on Saturday! I didn't have a choice when selecting a therapy location due to my injury on the job, but if ever in the future, I will most definately choose STAYFIT and would recommend it to anyone needing a compassionate, caring company that gets you back to work. Mahalo STAYFIT! read more

After each sessions with Maya I was always feeling complete after a great workout. Maya you are a great awesome therapist, a great asset to Stay Fit Physical Therapy. read more

Have you ever wished you had your life back? Your body is wracked with pain, you can't walk,think..function? Well, CARLA (and everyone connected with Stay FIT/Kapolei) DID THAT! It took patience, work, and persistent perseverance.....she is a professional Therapist AND A CHEERLEADER! It took 2 years after my accident for me to progress from wheelchair to walker to various kinds of canes to learn how to walk again and I got my life back!! Appointments are cheerfully accommodated. Insurance accounting is painless. The therapy is varied, appropriate for your specific needs and relevant to what you have to accomplish between visits. I could NEVER have learned to walk again without Stay FIT and Carla. Oh! and did I tell you I had a broken wrist which affected my hand and and shoulder surgery? Yep, Carla had to multi-task between all 3 injuries....she put Humpty Dumpty back together again! read more

This is the perfect environment to "get better"! For the past 14 months I have been at StayFIT PT several times a week due to a work related shoulder injury. The staff is extremely caring, friendly and professional as well as a very clean facility. The first week I could barely raise my arm and difficulty dressing myself. I have just completed PT with range of motion and strength just about back to normal. Carla's encouragement, knowledge and explanations were over the top. Her personality shines and she always made me feel comfortable (even though PT most time is not!). Chip also helped me understand my limitations during the process. Mahalo Maria, Tasia and Carla. Honestly, I am going to miss the staff! I would highly recommend StayFIT~ read more

Are you Kidding me . Who's Answer the phone today . She doesn't know how sad my name. Oh my God . Thanks! I don't call back again.

I love this place. They are very helpful. After you're done with your treatment they call to check on you how you are doing. 5 Star rating.

I have had pain in my back off and on for two years and has never done anything about it until my Doctor recommended that I go and be seen at StayFIT Kapolei. I have never been to physical therapy before and was hesitant on going but the atmosphere in this place was welcoming. The clerks were all cheer filled and friendly. Not one moment did I have to wait to get seen even when I was slotted in for a last minute appointment. Jennifer was awesome and she helped me with my posture and showed me exercises to strengthen my neck muscles. Daniel has amazing healing hands as he massaged out the kinks in my neck and shoulder area. The stretches and exercises they both taught me actually accelerated my healing process. I went for 5 visits and actually extended it for 3 more visits as HMSA covered these appointments. I am pain free for over 6 months and still continue to do the exercises they have taught me. My posture has greatly improved as well. I highly recommend StayFIT to all who have chronic pain, just to be seen by professionals. They know what they're doing and absolutely great healers. read more

Mahalo to my PT Maya for helping me with the struggles of my hip and back pain, that I've been having to deal with for an entire year. She has worked with me for 2 weeks and after my first session, I could already feel the difference. My sleep is so much better and I am now able to do a wider range of things in my daily life that was being affected by my constant hip and back pain. The staff at Stayfit Physical Therapy is amazing! Thank you again Maya!! read more

I had bad shoulders from heavy lifting so decided to try PT and somewhere closer to home. They have a great staff and very friendly and knowledgeable. But I just wasn't satisfied. I was advised to do 5 home stretches everyday and on each session. This helped relive the pain but it didn't help me recover fully. I asked about the clicking and cracking on my shoulder and they said it's normal and won't go away. One of the stretches cause me to have wrist pains and I was told I would need another prescription from my doctor from them to check it out. I decided to try finger point therapy from somewhere else and felt like I got a new shoulder. It helped get rid of the clicking and cracking completely. I got more mobility and less pain from one session then PT read more

This place is awesome. I went to another PT place before and it was like I walked into a Flintstones operation. Stay fit is more like the Jetsons. Super friendly front door staff, always greet you by your name. Awesome therapists, Maya is top notch and super knowledgeable also a good good mental therapist! I appreciate your response but that is not accurate. I called both WorkStar and my adjuster who assured me I can go two different places for massage and physical therapy, prior to me calling StayFit regarding this. The call I received from your staff was within 30 mins of my call to them and the only reason given to me was that because I didn't want to do PT there I couldn't do massage. No options given at all. I'm happy where I am at now and getting the care I need. read more

Shoulder pain was highest after exercising. I postponed going to therapy because others told me I had rotator cup issues & probably needed to have an operation. Thank goodness for Carla & Sean who gave me stretching exercises to do. Although it was 5 time-consuming times per day, it really helped me realize how NOT stretching is worse and definitely affects my mobility/performance in a negative manner. I became a good patient/student & listened to what they recommended. I will continue to do these stretches for the rest of my life as I see a huge difference now. read more

I chose this place because of their availability [open on Saturdays] & their locations [Kapolei & Aiea]. My first appointment I worked with Daniel -- Really nice, funny & good to work with. Daniel moved to the Aiea location & switched out with my current therapist Everly. Wouldn't exchange her for anything!! Very funny & easy to talk with. Although I just hate physical therapy overall [because i rather be doing something else], for the hour I do spend with her, it is fun. I feel like I get a good "workout", she pays attention & truly cares. read more
