The guys over at First Kia were not only knowledgeable but very nice to a first time buyer like me. Ben was a great salesmen who made the car buying process easy and painless. Thanks for everything! read more

I want to first and foremost thank Ian for helping us the other day I'm not the easiest person to deal with when I'm upset and that's exactly the situation I walked into the Kia lot with I felt like I was being played all day at the Nissan dealership down the street and after being told many times I couldn't be helped and that my credit was not well enough Ian took on the challenge and really made it happen we walked out happy as can be with a new Kia Soul I will defiantly be a return customer and will be recommending him to my family and friends thanks again ! read more

I am not in the habit of writing reviews, good or bad, because it always seems very contrived. However, sometimes it seems extremely negligent not to applaud someone that has gone out of his way to make the buying experience more of a pleasure than a trauma. That person is Eian Yarbrough. My family had been going through a very difficult time so that some of the courtesy of doing business with a stellar employee was not addressed as it should have been. 1st Kia is very fortunate to have an employee like Elan. He would be an asset to any business and I hope that I will continue to be welcomed by him as my business with 1st Kia continues read more

This is my first time buying a car, and Omar Abuzaid was awesome! He was so helpful! And got me approved for my first car!

Still the best!! I only buy my cars from here. They offer the most competitive deals and have access to multiple brands of vehicles.

Got my 1st car earlier at First Kia in Simi Valley. I was so happy with the deal that I got. OMAR, the one who helped me is very patient with me while im choosing my 1st ever car. I'm so happy with my experience. I recommend for you guys to look for OMAR when you're planning to buy a car. Great overall experience! read more

This post is late but I never officially got to thank Collin at 1st Kia for making my car buying experience a walk in the park! I went in on a Tuesday to bring my Kia at the time in for a service, my lease was up in about a week and I needed to fix a few things before turning the car in. After dealing with their wonderful and always kind service dept, I would have to wait for my car to be done. I was introduced to Collin as he walked by the service counter and after talking for a moment I said I'd love to see the new Kia's. He immediately grabbed me a water and took me out to the lot to see the new cars. I love cars and love the kias, so I was excited to take a peak. Keep in mind I was 100% not coming back to Kia once my lease was turned in! I wanted a change of scenery. Long story short, I came back 4 days later and bought a newer better Kia for an amazing deal all because Collin. He was truly wonderful! What I loved was his honesty, he didn't make me feel like I was some customer on the lot waiting to be pounced on. He listened intently as I frankly told him what I was willing to pay, what I wanted in a new car and what I absolutely didn't want. If I didn't get what I wanted, I'd walk. He showed me every single car on the lot practically, fully wanting me to make sure I got what I wanted and knew what I wanted. He made it all happen with his manager Bob and the experience was truly fantastic. I found the Kia that I dreamt of, and managed to fit it in my price range all because of Collin and Bob. I'm about 6 months into my new Kia and still just as in love with it as I was when I first drove it home! thanks 1st Kia and thank you thank you Collin for making my car experience a dream! Flirting with the idea of being a Kia owner for life :) read more

First Kia Simi Valley - Car Dealers Near Me - Simi Valley, California

We've always had a great experience here. We just bought our second Kia, and everything with the sales process was very easy and smooth. Omar was our sales person and he took care of everything perfectly. We'd highly recommend First Kia and the whole First Auto Group! read more

Shame on Kia Dealership! I bought a Kia Soul around 7/2018. Today 9/4/2019 my kia wouldn't start. I had a tow truck jump start my battery. My mechanic saw a blue label marked 5/2018 by the battery terminals. He said that was when the battery was installed. So I should have a warranty replacement on this "Special Battery". "Special" because normal can batteries won't fit in Kia battery holders. I was told by some service parts rep the operator connected me too. Kia does not warrant batteries on cars they sell! My mechanic felt this was very bad customers service by that Kia dealership. My mechanic has been in business over 40 years! He ordered me the Kia battery and I had to pay $169.99 for the battery! I love my Kia Soul, but I would never recommend going to this shady Kia dealership! read more

Jonathan!! He is the best!!! He was our salesman and could not have been more helpful!!! We were not familiar with Kia at all and he took the time (he has the patience of a saint!!) to show us the different models, let us test drive and informed us on each vehicle we looked at. He made what can typically be a grueling experience extremely pleasant!! Thank you again Jonathan:) read more

Fantastic experience at First KIA on Wednesday Aug 2nd. Bought a 2017 Sorento from Jesse who could not have been more helpful. He took his time showing me a few different models with a couple test drives even though it was near their closing time. Not like most dealerships, I never felt pressured by anyone on sight and was able to work a deal I felt comfortable with on a beautiful new ride. I would definitely recommend First KIA as not only was Jesse fantastic but the entire crew. Plus we got to watch the Dodger game while everything got worked out which was an added bonus. read more

I have a 2016 Kia Sorento. You wouldn't think that the A/C would go out so soon, but it did. I called the dealer to bring my vehicle in for diagnosis first thing Mon morning. Being that the temperatures are going to be in the 90's and I spend quite a bit of time in my car, I would say that having no A/C in a new car is a big problem that warrants special accommodation. I was informed by the service advisor that he wouldn't even be able to look at it until FRIDAY! He was unwilling to make any accommodation. I suggested that I could drop the car off and get a loaner & he abruptly told me they don't have any loaners. Then I suggested that maybe they could rent me a car & again I was told they don't do that until they know what the problem is. The problem is that I have NO A/C! At that point, I just hung up on the guy. I couldn't believe that I am driving a new vehicle under full factory warranty & they couldn't & wouldn't do anything to help me. Horrible customer service! I can't speak for the sales dept, but I would stay away from the service dept if this is the way they treat customers. Never again! read more

Went in on Christmas Eve "just to look" Well I brought home a 2014 Nissan Altima. Eian Yarbrough helped us and he was fantastic. There was no pressure to buy and he really just wanted us to be very happy with our purchase. I will recommend to all my friends to go 1st Kia and see Eian. Thanks for the great service. read more

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they tried to take advantage of me and my fiancé. We worked with a nice guy who told us checking our credit would only take a point or so off of it. We later found out it took six points off my finances credit. Then when they were seeing what our payments could possibly be the manager came over and tried to immediately get us to sign something agreeing to an outrageous payment without explaining it to us. And when we told him we weren't signing anything that day he snatched the paper off the table and stomped off. Very unprofessional and rude. Then they proceeded to call and text me incessantly the next day. read more

Came into Kia to do a lease buyout and was helped by Omar . His customer service was amazing . He took care of us after the person who we originally had an appointment with completely ignored us and clearly didn't want to help us . I won't name drop , but I'm glad Omar took over . He made sure to explain everything throughly and advised us as best as possible. Only way I'll come back to Kia to buy a car is from Omar . read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Without going into details the finance manager lied to my face and when I called him on it, he tried to make me feel like I was wrong and that I didn't know anything about the process. My family and I have bought multiple cars from this dealership in the past but we won't be coming back. The trust has been broken. read more

Wow...I am shocked to read those previous posts. My experience was completely different, very professional and smooth AND I got a a great car at a price even lower than I had anticipated. I dealt with Michael Peters who was very cordial and accommodating. I was looking to lease a car and possibly trade in my current vehicle if the price was right. We test drove an Optima and decided to go in and talk numbers. Michael never pressured and seemed to look at a lot of angles in order to get us the best deal. Fazzie (Michael's boss) came back with an offer we couldn't refuse...a monthly payment totaling more than half of what I am currently paying on my 7 yr old car. Johnny Kia (Hey, this is LA..what can I say) was a pleasure to work with too. I would recommend Michael Peters for all your Kia transaction"s...he will hook you up!! read more

Wow can not say enough about this KIA dealer! I bought my KIA from the Ventura dealership in CA. Had and issue that should have been covered by warranty and they refuse to fix it, mind you this was only a year old at the time. So then my paint was damaged on the top railings, I bought it into the Simi Valley Dealer (this one) and they could not have been more helpful and nice! They ordered the parts and updated me when they will come in. Then once they were in put them on my Sportage and wash and vacuumed the whole car! All for no charge at all!!! That is what I call great customer service. I recommend this dealership. Will definitely go here for all things KIA! I have never had such a great experience with any dealer. Oh one exception Silverstar Chevrolet dealer ship in Thousand Oaks, CA. They both are the best ever! read more

Omar Abuzaid really made this a great and enjoyable buying saturday. This is my second vechicle i have purchased from this dealership. Excellent service! Chuck took us on a test drive; no hustle, very polite and informative. He made the process comfortable and low-key; we were in and out in half the time of most new-car purchases. Fair offer for the trade-in, too! Finance department was simple, clear, and a breeze! We would definitely return for future purchases! read more

Micky was our sales rep while buying a car last weekend. He was really nice and helpful, he answered all of our questions. He was not pushy or manipulative at all. He was really honest when it cam down to two different cars we were stuck on, he gave his opinion on which one he thought would be best for us. He got the car payment to be exactly where we wanted it. He even gave us our space to talk in private with out us having to ask. Usually your having to ask the sales people to give you a few minutes to discus in private. I would recommend anyone to go to Micky and I will definitely be back in the future. read more

Vince and his staff were quick to diagnose and repair my car. They were very communicative with me as well as my parents, who brought the car in for me because I live several hours away. I chose the Simi dealership over two dealerships closer to my home because of the professionalism and care they have provided to my parents and their Kia for many years. Michael, the salesman who sold them their Kia years ago, still greets them when they show up for maintenance visits! 1st Kia of Simi Valley is a top-notch operation and I highly recommend their sales and service departments. read more

Omar and the team at 1st Kia in Simi Valley were amazing. I hadn't bought a car in 14 years and hadn't owned one in 10. The experience was perfect; low key, accommodating and top notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Kia! read more

After many years of going without car payments, my husband and I decided to buy a new SUV with a 3rd row. We researched, we test-drove and we attempted the whole "True Car" thing. After reading Consumer Reports, we visited other Kia Dealerships and we finally landed at KIA in Simi. Colin Kiedaicsh helped us purchase our Sorento and we love it. The service was top-notch and whole experience was great. He really held our hand and explained so much to us. We had a million questions a he patiently answered them all. A month later, Colin called us and checked in to see how we were going with the Sorento. I thought it was a nice touch. Low and behold, a few days I got into an accident with our Toyota and totaled it. We weren't planning on purchasing a new car. We looked around on Craig's list and could find anything we liked. Remembering the great service, we called Colin and WE BOUGHT A SECOND car!!!! Yes, two cars in 30 days! We were stressed and Yehuda Reiss, Manger, helped us figure everything out. I am happily driving a KIA Sol while my husband drives the Sorento Thanks for the great service. read more
