Mid-City

Just wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude for Pacific Shore Property Management. I…read morerecently moved out of my apartment in Burbank, CA, where I lived for nearly four years...and I truly had a wonderful experience the entire time. From day one, the apartment was in excellent condition, and any time a maintenance issue came up (which was rare), the team was responsive, professional, and quick to resolve it. That kind of consistent care made it feel like home. Thank you to the team at Pacific Shore for making my time there so smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find a property management company that treats residents with this level of respect and attention. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to live!

I applied for a basic $1800 apartment with 820 credit, $10k monthly income as a software engineer,…read moreand 7 years of perfect rental history. I even sent full bank statements. They still came back asking for my actual tax returns and whether my son lives with me full-time, which is illegal according to the Federal Fair Housing Act, specifically 42 U.S.C. § 3604 (Section 804 of the Fair Housing Act) and will be reported for CalDRE and HUD with proofs. This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. In almost 20 years of renting in LA, I've never been asked for tax returns -- not even when I bought a property. This is ridiculous. Extremely rude, invasive, and discriminatory. They're clearly looking for any reason to reject people. Complete waste of time. Stay away.

We've had an excellent experience with Allstate HOA Management. Their team is responsive,…read moreorganized, and genuinely understands the day-to-day challenges of managing an HOA. They communicate clearly with the Board, stay on top of maintenance and vendor issues, and provide financial information in a way that is easy to understand and act on. We especially enjoy working with Kylie Yablonski. She is knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and consistently follows through. Kylie makes herself available when questions come up, keeps everyone informed, and handles issues with a calm, solutions-focused attitude. It is clear that she cares about the communities she works with and wants each Board to succeed. Allstate's proactive approach and reliable follow-through have made Board service much more manageable and have helped keep our association running smoothly. We would highly recommend Allstate HOA Management--and Kylie--to any HOA Board looking for a dependable, experienced, and well-organized management team.

Lousy HOA management company. They overdrew our account by over $4000, then lied about the…read moreoverdraft. They do not know how to keep proper books. Our account never correctly reconciled. They dropped the ball on the processing of our HOA FTB Form 3500. Two years later we still do not have our HOA exempt status. To add insult to injury the owner of the company now expects us to pay a $250 termination fee. Jennifer and Justin both tried to help, for that they earn a single star.
