The owner laughed at me when I told her I would review her so I guess that is why. They give great talk until it is time for the work. They seemed nice and professional until I had questions when things were left contaminated and no photos were taken as promised of lost property. Two young guys came out and a woman named Noon? and I had been told they would take photos of everything and they assured me we had no need to take photos that they do all of that which made sense as it was in sewage- grade 3. The owner later denied this the photo promise she denied everything so beware). They had my mom as I am disabled (who is a senior) come in to a contaminated area with no mask or footies ( bio hazard) and the agreement was to place anything questionable on my porch and destroy anything not salvageable. They placed contaminated boxes floating in sewage on my clean safe items that could be saved meaning the non contaminated are now contaminated and even put contaminated boxes and items floating in sewage on my mattress. This is inexcusable and it seems they just did not want to carry it outside: They even threw a trash can floating in my bathroom in the grade 3 sewage - would this not obviously be trash? Threw cardboard boxes that were in sewage in clean area contaminating it as cardboard is porous. Their job was not to make things worse. Anything in question was to be taken outside. The owner Darcy was nothing but nasty when I called as I was inquiring and quite upset about the boys actions resulting in further contamination. I found one of the boys was her son she informed me stating he would never do these things. There was no apology for the issue, she was just defensive replies even accusing a widow and her homeowner daughter that had a sewage leak of having a lot of items. My dad just passed away and my mom is here and they knew this. That is low and we had not yet even scattered his remains much less organized their things from the condo as to what to keep and donate. How cruel. We called asap to get this fixed and this is what we get. Secondly, I was given misinformation being told by a young guy to throw out things and Noon saying to keep items and just wipe off with clorox wipe - these had been in sewage. Which is it? They all told that dry cleaning items had to be thrown away because we would have to disclose the sewage issue to them and then they would not clean it. I had some expensive jackets lost. We then found many things we had been advised to throw away could have been saved and a professional cleaner could clean them and of course no photos of thousands of dollars of loss as they only took photos of the floor but on the phone told me I did not have to photograph anything which I though was for safety. They have no project manager on site and were working chaotically and they did not seem to know what really needed to be kept/saved and they just contaminated more of the home. I needed the heavy/deep cleaning done. I was very specific when I sent out a Yelp request that I needed the inside refrigerator done, windows done, inside of stove cleaned, and a "deep cleaning" I needed somebody for a heavy duty deep clean and was hoping for a monthly relationship. I will say Liz and her husband showed up early and began to work. I work from home so I let her know that when she was ready to come into my office let me know and I took the dogs outside and put them in their crate. They were here for a total of two hours, and they started to pack up. At that point, I started to walk around and look at things. The inside of my kitchen sink had not been cleaned, not a single one of the three spare bedrooms had been vacuumed, the dining room table had not been cleaned, there is a flower vase on a black cork protector, that had not been picked up or wiped as I saw debris on it, and the windows and the door in my bedroom were not cleaned. Since these were things I immediately noticed I pointed them out to her and she called her husband back in and did these items. I went around AFTER I paid them and they left, and took the photos I attached. When you request a DEEP clean you would expect the items get done. I posted photos of items, with descriptions of what they are, but I will also point out here what was not done -top of coffee pot had hair and dirt -coffee spills still on counter -towel my cats sit on on my desk was not shaken off (cats eat up here in office and should have been shaken off and debris then vacuumed off of floor. -tub in master bath not cleaned -microwave key pad not cleaned -door frames not wiped down or cleaned -inside fridge not cleaned -one of spare bedrooms not vacuumed -shelf that is open with dishes on it in kitchen not even wiped around open areas - inside of stove not cleaned -chairs in bedroom and coffee nook area covers (which are just blankets) not vacuumed or even taken off and shook off to remove dirt / debris etc -Top of washer and dryer in laundry room not cleaned -windows to interior doors not done -windowsills not wiped down -inside of refrigerator doors and handles not cleaned And this is just what I am able to take photos of. It is serve pros responsibility to seek approval for any amount above the policy limits which they failed to do. the only works Servpro did was install a few fans and a dehumidifier and tore off some baseboards and ripped up some carpet that's all I did for that somehow or another they charge the insurance company over $8,000 which the insurance company only paid three thousand which was the policy limit. now we have Servpro of greater Jacksonville attack dog vicious vampire collection agency coming after us.
