Called 2 days ago about another tank re-fill. Specifically asked what the charges would be and any extra fees or delivery fee. Was expressly told "just gas and tax" "no delivery charge". Invoice left for me shows FUEL RECOVERY FEE, HAZMAT FEE, and DELIVERY FEE (see image). THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WAS JUST TOLD ON THE PHONE! Called to give them a chance to resolve. Girl who answered the phone sounded half asleep. No resolution or even a call back after being transferred and leaving a message for whoever I was transferred to. Emailed them explaining the issue, again trying to resolve, but again received no response. I see also "Business Owner" is posting right here on yelp saying they do not charge those fees. Clearly this is not true at all. Owner post on Yelp: "we charge no additional fees", "charge...taxes...and cost of propane" My bill: 3 additional fees Ideal Gas just expressly stated they do not charge (See my images showing both.) On the Idealgas invoice is a "Refer a friend" offer for $50. Who would refer someone to a business that behaves this way? Dishonestly and outright lies to customers by a business is not acceptable behavior.....Ever. Very Disappointing from a company I thought was honest and reputable.

Buddy Dingman gave me some good advice about a year ago even without me being a customer. He treated me kindly then and so when it came time to switch companies, IDEAL was my first choice. I look forward to saving money with them but I am already enjoying the benefit of feeling like I am dealing with good people. My hat's off to the owner for his approach to business.

Absolutely a 10-Star facility!…read more Clean with no food, waste, or even errant smells. Clean kids too! Educational enough to satisfy an Asian parent. Fun enough for a surfers kid. And traditional enough for Christians (but welcome to all). Affordable at around $100 a day. We were so pleased. They made it a pleasure! Opens at 7am, which is a bit late. However it's a little on the small side with just one office it shares the same space as the United Way. I've done a few Flagler College Fair's for this particular Red Cross location and it also provides an awesome ability to be a great place to volunteer for Flager College students as well. So if you ever find yourself bored with nothing to do get out and VOLUNTEER for your local Red Cross! It's alot of fun.

This company did not do an inspection of the attic, just recommended the "encapsulation" based on their assumptions. We contacted Koala for a second quote and Bruce spent time walking our entire attic. He reported we had no damage due to the cleared rodents and did note our 17 year old home did have some spots where the insulation was not up to R38 standards (some areas only had 4" of insulation. Koala came out and upgraded the entire attic to a consistent 14" of insulation for $1500. We couldn't be happier! We feel we are well insulated and Bruce and the Koala team are professional, efficient, honest and of the highest integrity.

The Installers arrived on scheduled time and date the 3 man crew were quick and efficient. They even had a shop vacuum and swept the garage floor. I didn't end up purchasing the Groupon but he still honored the Groupon price to pressure wash the house, drive way, sidewalk, and a massive wood deck. I called him on a Monday and he finished the job that week. Since I live out of state, he took before and after pictures. I was able to pay him via credit card and there were no additional fees for using credit. I CANNOT STRESS HOW GOOD IT LOOKED AFTERWARDS. He does wonderful work! While on the initial phone call with him, he mentioned that he also paints (interior only) so I gave him the lockbox code to go in the vacant house to give me an estimate on the various projects. I ended up doing most of the work myself over a couple of weekends but Larry did the doors for me. There are 13 doors in the house and the tenant had several dogs that really did a number on those doors. Larry sanded, primed, and painted all of them. Couldn't see any of the gouge marks after! His rates are very reasonable. He does fantastic work and he's a trustworthy dude. He did not pay me to say this; I'm just a huge fan since he helped me tremendously get the house in shape.

It is serve pros responsibility to seek approval for any amount above the policy limits which they failed to do. the only works Servpro did was install a few fans and a dehumidifier and tore off some baseboards and ripped up some carpet that's all I did for that somehow or another they charge the insurance company over $8,000 which the insurance company only paid three thousand which was the policy limit. now we have Servpro of greater Jacksonville attack dog vicious vampire collection agency coming after us.
