Please Avoid!!!! We want a refund for our inspection. you missed critical things that we would have never purchased our brand new build. We would not recommend them. we have mold, appliance failure, gutter and soffit issues, leaks. Hvac issues with humidity and moisture due to but not limited to an attic access panel which has been broken since day one. We have many defects to list. We are now living in a hotel for almost two months due to the home being ripped apart!! bought in July and had to find somewhere else to go in Late August!! read more

The initial inspection went well, but the re‑inspection process was a major failure. Before the visit, I clearly outlined the specific items that needed to be reviewed -- not once, but multiple times. I even received confirmation from the office that they understood what was to be inspected. Despite that, the obvious deficiencies in the seller's repair work were not identified, and those oversights have now resulted in significant financial consequences for a first‑time homebuyer. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. Management has refused to acknowledge any errors, and attempts to reach a fair resolution have stalled. The contractor who performed the original repairs will not be allowed back on the property due to the extremely poor quality of their work, which only reinforces how critical a thorough re‑inspection should have been. I'm sharing this experience to caution others: do not assume a re‑inspection service will evaluate the quality or safety of repairs unless that is explicitly stated and consistently delivered. If the process only confirms that "repairs were completed," homeowners may be left with costly and preventable problems. I don't post negative reviews lightly. I value professionalism, transparency, and responsibility, and I expected those same standards here. The unwillingness to acknowledge clear missteps has been deeply disappointing. My hope is that future customers ask detailed questions about what a re‑inspection includes -- and hold companies accountable for the commitments they make. read more

I have used quite a few home inspections companies in Jacksonville over the past few years and the thing that separates them from any other company was as soon as Kevin was done with my inspection, he sent me a text message shortly after he was done and asked if I wanted to have a call to review the findings or wait for the report. Be forewarned that this company does not check water shutoff valves for functionality. I learned this the hard way when a pipe bursted in my new home. It was then that I discovered that the valve that they photographed did not work, it was glued open by the contractor when it was installed. If their inspector has actually checked the valve to ascertain if it was operational, I could have avoided further water damage to my home. As i told the owner, Im not blaming them for the leak, but their incomplete report made a bad situation much worse. His explanation that they take photos of the valve to let the homeowner know its location is asinine. An analogy: The fire department comes out to inspect a fire alarm. They don't check to see if its working, but they take a photo to let you know its location. So, what happens when fire breaks out and you pull that alarm only to find out it doesn't work? I contacted the owner and asked him for a refund. He accused me of trying to blackmail him. Evidently, he's not aware that blackmail is a criminal offense and that by making such accusations hee is engaging in slander. I offered to sign a liability waiver freeing him from any responsibility for the water damage that occurred at my home if he would simply refund my money for an incomplete report. His response? He called me a liar and that the photograph they took showed no damage to the valve THAT WAS GLUE OPEN, INSIDE THE VALVE. Evidently he possess x-ray vision. I asked him to contact the plumber who had to come out and repair this valve to verify my claim, he refused. If you're looking for a company that stands by their work and is willing to make good for their lack of thoroughness , avoid this outfit. The owner has no character and is a demonstrable liar. Great, thorough detail of your report provided in a timely manner. Mr. Russell knows exactly what to look for when inspecting a new home construction (pre-drywall stage). Drone was used for photos that otherwise be impossible to see with our own eyes. Pressure for plumbing was checked correctly to making sure of any leakage. I hired them after reading recommendations from others in my new neighborhood to do a pre close inspection. I also opted for the sewer line inspection. They found things that I can address with the builder before closing. These are things I wouldn't have known about till months into the new house and would have had to deal with the warranty department and likely fight about it. Justin contacted me yesterday and confirmed that he has received the zelle payment from me. It was under my Chinese name and he didn't realize that my Chinese name and I are the same person. I emailed him my Chinese name before but he didn't put two and two together. Chase finally helps to connect my Chinese name and me together. Though I know that chase can't refund my zelle payment and will refund my credit card payment, I am very happy that Justin took action to zelle me back the payment when he realized that I did pay twice. I will contact Chase this weekend to cancel my credit card dispute. I were referred to him by my realtor and a couple of my neighbors. Everyone who refers me to him speaks very highly of him. That's why I hired him to begin with. He is definitely very good at what he is doing. When he was doing my inspection at my home, I kept telling him that I wish I had hired him to do my first inspection. Now I am very glad that we resolved this confusion and prove that he is honest. He is in the business going to people's home. I think honesty is extremely important. I will definitely hire him again for my next home inspection. ============================================================ I got a referral from my realtor and a couple of neighbors said that he is very good. I was going to hire him when I closed on my new home but he was not available. So I hired him for 11 months inspection. He did a better job than the guy I hired when I purchased my home. But he and his assistant were trying to charge me twice. I paid via zelle first and he told me that he didn't receive the payment and have me pay him with my credit card again. When I found out that I were charged twice and emailed him 6 days later about this, he was still lying that he didn't receive the zelle payment and put on a big show about this. I ended up calling Chase to open a dispute on credit card and a claim on zelle payment. Chase confirms that the zelle payment went into this account and flagged him as a scammer in their system now. I emailed him to tell him that Chase has confirmed that zelle payment has received and he asked me not to share my experience on any social media or he is going to send his lawyer on my way. I have all emails from him saying that he didn't receive my zelle payment and Chase will provide a confirmation when a police report is filed. I gave him a chance to make it right when I found out about this. Instead of just apologizing and refunding my money, he was still insisting that he didn't receive my zelle payment. When he got caught red handed, he threatened me to send a lawyer if I share my experience on social media. This is the kind of guy you let in to your home for the inspection. This is why I am posting my review here and file a police report. read more
