I am a first-time home buyer and from the very first call where I was requesting a quote (he was also by far the cheapest out of 5+ inspectors I received quotes from, I also liked that he was a one-man local business), he spoke with me for 15 minutes in the evening, to fully explain what goes into the inspection, heard my concerns, and made sure I understood the process. Jason was able to go out to the house two days later and had the report within 24 hours. Since then he has taken the time, over multiple phone calls, to discuss with me the issues and his recommendations, so I was fully informed going into negotiations with the seller.
