Wasted $1900 bux. Drawers had trash big stains, showers had soap scum and soap bars left over from previous owner. I honestly do not even know if these people even did any work. Cobwebs all on the windows. No clue, I guess when unsupervised you get shotty work, shame on me for trusting them without being on premises.

Met Chandler from this Servpro franchise while he was up in New York with his disaster response…read moreteam, and he immediately made time to survey the catastrophic damage to my home. Within 15 minutes, he had already completed laser surveys of the dimensions of my home and worked up a quote, as well as suggested tentative days his team could start. I won't say it was cheap, but they work fast and do exceptional work, which I will take over cheap any day. Inside of a week, Chandler came back with signable paperwork in hand and his team behind him ready to roll. Ryan and Ray worked with me to cart hundreds upon hundreds of pounds of personal effects outside where I cataloged them for salvage or total-loss potential. They were soon joined by Vinny and Adam to really get into the hard part of the work - tearing out every water-damaged wall, door, or shelf and exposing the foundation of the home. A mold-killing agent was sprayed, the floor was power-washed and wet-vacuumed, and a half dozen high-speed fans and two industrial de-humidifiers were deployed and left in my home for 5 days to finish the job. The team were well-organized, fast, and smart about the way they went about the work. Maximum attention was paid to ensure that no further harm was caused to my home, and a gentlemanly spirit was displayed by the group, broken by some good humor and camaraderie. Disasters happen, and no part of the world is completely safe from them. I've had mold in my home from previous issues, and it's not a pretty thing to remedy if not caught early in the growth. Call these guys first, because if you don't, you'll likely need to after the "cheaper" bidder made a hash of your home. They live up to their motto of "Like it never even happened", and if disaster ever visits my home again, I will be calling them first.

I thought that I could take care of the issue myself but realized that there was more water than I could handle. I was referred to this company and could not be happier with the services provided. Josh came out and started the process of drying down the house and was professional and answered all of my questions. I felt confident in the work performed and I would most definitely have Josh and his crew come out to save the day if I had to do it all over again.

Once work got started we had cameras set up in our house so we would check up on them from our hotel room. The crew was very messy. They didn't cover any of our belongings while they hung drywall. They left trash everywhere in our house (food wrappers, soda cans). They goofed off, watched videos on their phones and did very shoddy work. I'd say at least a third of their work had to be redone. This was all because of what would be a constant problem: no supervisor on site. EVER. The contractor in charge of our job was never to be seen. He would occasionally stop by first thing in the morning to drop off supplies, but was never around more than 10 minutes. I was in regular contact with him trying to understand why things were taking so long and why they were being done so poorly, but I had to also figure out that he was a "fast talker". He would constantly make deadlines and miss them. Promise things would be fixed, but they wouldn't get fixed or it wouldn't be done correctly and needed to be fixed a second time. This became the common routine since he never inspected any of the work done. He also wouldn't provide his workers with proper materials and they were always back and forth to Home Depot or Lowe's. I can understand running into an issue and needing extra supplies, but this was every day. One day I happened to be home while they were working and they wanted to stop work because they had been given the wrong toe kicks to match our cabinets so I went to Home Depot myself and bought them so they could carry on with other work. It was ridiculous. This also meant that I became the defacto crew leader at times. I had to follow everything they did and make notes of what wasn't done correctly or done at all and report back to the company like I worked for them. Our bathroom needed a new vanity and I had to measure the space for a new one because he couldn't be bothered to. Surprise surprise, my measurement was incorrect because I'm not a contractor (didn't account for outward swinging doors) but he bought a vanity based on my incorrect measurements anyway. Two more days lost This went on and on for months. Meanwhile, my wife and newborn son have been stuck on the second floor because the first floor is a jobsite run by a company with no sense of urgency, but very excited to get paid. I made the mistake of giving them payment up front for the first half of work and I think that had a lot to do with them dragging their heels because once they heard I had a second check from my insurance company they would not stop asking about it. It made me wonder if they were having cash flow problems because they seemed desperate for the money. In case anyone reading this doesn't know already, you DO NOT have to pay up front for ANY WORK. Payments are made when work is done like any other business. But the owners and supervisors at Anderson insist they are entitled to that money immediately. It took a conference call with my insurance adjuster and them to lay things out plainly. They had dragged their heels long enough and it was time to finish the job or not get paid. They magically completed everything in a week.

After I called I got a call…read morefrom the company who explained the process and that someone was working in our area and it could be up to 2 hours. I okayed that and got a text message 5-10 minutes later and replied Yes to accept the service. Then I got another text about 15 minutes later from the Service Technician saying he will be here in about an hour. After that text he arrived about 20 minutes later introduced himself and I showed him the problem. His name is Mr. Galu - I hope I spelled it correctly. My first impression was he is friendly, clean-cut, professional, courteous, competent, and wearing a mask. He went to the front of the house to look at the round pipe above the ground and saw bush roots around it. He cut the bush and roots, okay by me and I helped, and then got an electric "snake" to go down the pipe and reversed it out. This cleared out everything blocking the pipe and all was back to normal again. He asked if we had a dog and if we bathe the dog in the tub which we do. He saw a lot of dog hair and most likely was the problem after 12 years of baths. More good news! He recommended Roto-Rooter Preventative Pipe Shield Maintenance Treatment - 1 Gallon - good for at least 64 treatments and will last a year. I definitely want something like this. He had some with him and had it added to the invoice. He explained and showed me how to mix it with water, when and how to do. It is only once a month. The next day I purchased a screen to place over the tub opening to keep any dog hair from going down the drain again. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especially our Service Technician Mr. Galu as he is the best and would like to give him Special Thanks And Recognition (STAR) - Thank you.

Never before have I had a contractor and his team always show up when they said they would show up, treat everyone in the house with the utmost courtesy, do an impeccable job, clean up after as if they had never been there, AND provide above and beyond service that was not within the scope of their project. Just because they wanted to insure that they left the house that much prettier than when they walked in the very first time. Mark, Charlie, Rada, Michael, and the countless others are true artists in what they do. They don't only fix what is broken, but they offer their artistic ideas to improve upon what you already have. This doesn't mean that they are trying to upcharge you, because that didn't happen once. They respectfully work within your budget, serve as the liaison with your insurance company (if that is what is going on for you), and simply offer their opinions on how to best fix and improve your home. Their taste is impeccable and their artistry, masterful. In addition, we were on a strict time constraint to get a very big job done and Mark and his team worked weekends and late at night to make sure we were back home when we needed to be. Mark took a very stressful situation for us and actually made it a pleasant one. He is charming to work with and so is his team. If you are looking for a home remodel or to mitigate a damage situation, call TCB Envirocorp. No need to hold onto any other number-- they are the company to hire- hands down.

The cost is crazy expensive, and they don't do the complete job. We still have water and mold (and no drywall) after spending nearly $10,000 on about 20 feet of first story "remediation" The job took them a day so imagine the hourly rate - more than a brain surgeon. There is no guarantee or warranty on the work, or none that they honor. They don't do the finish work so you need to contract that out additionally. You should use them to find the mold, suggest a solution, then RUN to find someone else who will do the work at a much more reasonable cost, and probably better. I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed and still need to spend at least another $5,000-$10,000 to get it done properly. This is a tiny place. You know the feeling you get when you were just conned? They are responsive at getting out quickly, so there's no fault there. I just would never, ever refer business to them or use them again.
