This company was highly unprofessional. I see they are removing reviews so I hope this one does not…read moreget removed as the truth needs to be told. The owner laughed at me when I told her I would review her so I guess that is why. They give great talk until it is time for the work. They seemed nice and professional until I had questions when things were left contaminated and no photos were taken as promised of lost property. Two young guys came out and a woman named Noon? and I had been told they would take photos of everything and they assured me we had no need to take photos that they do all of that which made sense as it was in sewage- grade 3. The owner later denied this the photo promise she denied everything so beware). They had my mom as I am disabled (who is a senior) come in to a contaminated area with no mask or footies ( bio hazard) and the agreement was to place anything questionable on my porch and destroy anything not salvageable. They placed contaminated boxes floating in sewage on my clean safe items that could be saved meaning the non contaminated are now contaminated and even put contaminated boxes and items floating in sewage on my mattress. This is inexcusable and it seems they just did not want to carry it outside: They even threw a trash can floating in my bathroom in the grade 3 sewage - would this not obviously be trash? Threw cardboard boxes that were in sewage in clean area contaminating it as cardboard is porous. Their job was not to make things worse. Anything in question was to be taken outside. The owner Darcy was nothing but nasty when I called as I was inquiring and quite upset about the boys actions resulting in further contamination. I found one of the boys was her son she informed me stating he would never do these things. There was no apology for the issue, she was just defensive replies even accusing a widow and her homeowner daughter that had a sewage leak of having a lot of items. My dad just passed away and my mom is here and they knew this. That is low and we had not yet even scattered his remains much less organized their things from the condo as to what to keep and donate. How cruel. We called asap to get this fixed and this is what we get. Secondly, I was given misinformation being told by a young guy to throw out things and Noon saying to keep items and just wipe off with clorox wipe - these had been in sewage. Which is it? They all told that dry cleaning items had to be thrown away because we would have to disclose the sewage issue to them and then they would not clean it. I had some expensive jackets lost. We then found many things we had been advised to throw away could have been saved and a professional cleaner could clean them and of course no photos of thousands of dollars of loss as they only took photos of the floor but on the phone told me I did not have to photograph anything which I though was for safety. They have no project manager on site and were working chaotically and they did not seem to know what really needed to be kept/saved and they just contaminated more of the home. The owner Darcy was the most disrespectul business owner I have ever encountered.

These guys really took their time to explain away all of my concerns with whatever I could think of over our two days together. They ceaselessly took every precaution to assure the safety of myself and all of my belongings through meticulous cleanliness and care. I cannot recommend these guys and their company any more highly, as their staff and location manager were also incredibly patient and caring throughout the entire process. Additionally, their pricing keeps the customer and their struggles in mind. After shopping for quotes, it was a tremendous relief to have landed on PuroClean. I plan to use them for the put-back, so expect another stellar review in a few!

They were professional, courteous, & efficient! They also took their time to be sure to explain every step of the process for the work that was required. They took measurements of water penetration in multiple areas of the bathroom to assure me that everything that needed attention was taken care of. I am sure that other techs working for this company are equally as competent but, based on the conduct of these two men, I would definitely recommend them along with the company!!!!

To say we were pleased with TCB Envirocorp, is an understatement. I am a writer and I am…read morestruggling to find the words to express our appreciation and pure gratitude of Mark and his entire team. Never before have I had a contractor and his team always show up when they said they would show up, treat everyone in the house with the utmost courtesy, do an impeccable job, clean up after as if they had never been there, AND provide above and beyond service that was not within the scope of their project. Just because they wanted to insure that they left the house that much prettier than when they walked in the very first time. Mark, Charlie, Rada, Michael, and the countless others are true artists in what they do. They don't only fix what is broken, but they offer their artistic ideas to improve upon what you already have. This doesn't mean that they are trying to upcharge you, because that didn't happen once. They respectfully work within your budget, serve as the liaison with your insurance company (if that is what is going on for you), and simply offer their opinions on how to best fix and improve your home. Their taste is impeccable and their artistry, masterful. In addition, we were on a strict time constraint to get a very big job done and Mark and his team worked weekends and late at night to make sure we were back home when we needed to be. Mark took a very stressful situation for us and actually made it a pleasant one. He is charming to work with and so is his team. If you are looking for a home remodel or to mitigate a damage situation, call TCB Envirocorp. No need to hold onto any other number-- they are the company to hire- hands down.

RUN from these guys if you are going to contract work with them. First, they are good at…read morediscovering mold and suggesting remediation. However, DON'T let them do the remediation. The cost is crazy expensive, and they don't do the complete job. We still have water and mold (and no drywall) after spending nearly $10,000 on about 20 feet of first story "remediation" The job took them a day so imagine the hourly rate - more than a brain surgeon. There is no guarantee or warranty on the work, or none that they honor. They don't do the finish work so you need to contract that out additionally. You should use them to find the mold, suggest a solution, then RUN to find someone else who will do the work at a much more reasonable cost, and probably better. I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed and still need to spend at least another $5,000-$10,000 to get it done properly. This is a tiny place. You know the feeling you get when you were just conned? They are responsive at getting out quickly, so there's no fault there. I just would never, ever refer business to them or use them again.
