At 0945, I receive a call from their manager saying they don't schedule cleaning that early in the morning and wasn't sure why the coordinator did so. Buyer beware on this one as that seemed very shady way to do business that way. BTW, I received a 3 day notification and and 1 day notification that I had an appointment scheduled for 05/17/2023 @ 0900. I called someone else and I won't be doing any business with this firm. I suggest you skip this firm altogether and find someone else. UPDATE 06/19/2023: This is an honest report of what I experienced with SVS. Make of it what you will, but I have not been in contact nor "harassed" anyone with this company since my review. Calling names on this forum (and belittling my experience) is not professional and I think it brings to light the issues with which I dealt . This is why these reviews exist, to talk about both good and bad. Had I had a positive experience, this review would have been more positive.
