It took 2 weeks for them to response to my calls. They finally sent out a young man to look at the problem. He states that the contract that I signed only said that they do the first 2 rows of tile in the bathroom . I am writing this review to let people know that this company misleads their customers. Don't you think that if you said to me (We are only re-grouting the first 2 tiles lines in our showers, I would have had a difference response.) If you look at the pictures taken you can see that they didn't even do that. But they cleaned the heck out of the grout lines. These kinds of companies alway have a back door to whatever they do or don't do. I am posting this review on BBB and Google and any other site I can find. When he arrived in our apartment, he asserted that he had been allowed to do this in the past. He made no apology to us for his behavior toward the concierge and others who witnessed his behavior. After he left our apartment, he did apologize to her for the "misunderstanding." I told him to get out of our apartment and no work was performed nor did he give an estimate. He now claims to be banned from the building which is a complete falsehood. Despite excellent reviews, I reluctantly recommend that you not use this company because the owner seems to have anger issues he can't control. In fairness, I became angry as well. Our concierge is the best and she would never have called me to report this incident of it had not been serious.
