He never addressed why if it was truly a moisture issue, shouldn't that be something that happens over time? Why would my flooring having cupping issues and dips/uneven floors from day one of the floors being installed? Being so naive, I thought floors had to settle. But nope. Just a horrible job from a janky business that doesn't take ownership of their mistakes. Just took thousands of dollars from me and blamed it on my house. Don't ever trust these people. Quality Flooring installed new wood flooring in our guest room during a renovation in June 2025…read more. Some of the boards started peeling this June. I contacted John Milea,the service manager, and requested that the flooring be replaced. I sent him pictures of the damaged areas, and he did a site visit. I was advised that they would repair a few boards but replacement would cost a minimum of $2400 depending on flooring selected. He also sent an email stating the following: "We believe the installation was done correctly and that all in all you don't like the material selection that was made a year ago." I responded that what I didn't like was peeling wood and adhesive showing between boards. He also said that the current peeling was probably caused by moisture from a leak. Five boards were replaced on July 17th by a Quality Flooring Installer, and he said there was no underlying moisture. Obviously, the flooring is defective. I will definitely look elsewhere for any other floor replacement.

Both technician were very clean and respectful. They were in our home for 8 hours for each at separate times. This was October 2024. By January 2025 you could see the mold again in our showers. It took 2 weeks for them to response to my calls. They finally sent out a young man to look at the problem. He states that the contract that I signed only said that they do the first 2 rows of tile in the bathroom . I am writing this review to let people know that this company misleads their customers. Don't you think that if you said to me (We are only re-grouting the first 2 tiles lines in our showers, I would have had a difference response.) If you look at the pictures taken you can see that they didn't even do that. But they cleaned the heck out of the grout lines. These kinds of companies alway have a back door to whatever they do or don't do. I am posting this review on BBB and Google and any other site I can find. Unfortunately, that was not the case I bought garbage because the way that it was installed by a friend trying to assist me within years the Floor ended up starting splitting breaking and just come in a pot whacker just lift up and pull up pieces. I finally decided to call Andrew to come in and look at it and embarrass that I didn't use in the first time around that explained defended helped me and unfortunately he cost me more time and money than assistance so Andrew was able to bring me to a location. We picked out a great product that was extremely reasonable but what I liked more than anything it was 20 mil thick versus 12 and I never understood the significance in that until now. It's unbelievable walking on floor, is a totally different experience. When it comes to your home never cut corners and if you don't understand the product never take the word of a salesman. Get some who know and listen to what they have to say. Andrew is that guy and is work is awesome. I can't tell you how happy I am. I will be calling him back shortly for the next project!!!!
