Quality Flooring installed new wood flooring in our guest room during a renovation in June 2025…read more. Some of the boards started peeling this June. I contacted John Milea,the service manager, and requested that the flooring be replaced. I sent him pictures of the damaged areas, and he did a site visit. I was advised that they would repair a few boards but replacement would cost a minimum of $2400 depending on flooring selected. He also sent an email stating the following: "We believe the installation was done correctly and that all in all you don't like the material selection that was made a year ago." I responded that what I didn't like was peeling wood and adhesive showing between boards. He also said that the current peeling was probably caused by moisture from a leak. Five boards were replaced on July 17th by a Quality Flooring Installer, and he said there was no underlying moisture. Obviously, the flooring is defective. I will definitely look elsewhere for any other floor replacement.

To add to the disaster of this install, the contractor they set us up with is now out of business. We've been trying to place a warranty claim through Floor Trader (Adam- sales associate) with multiple attempts to get a resolution. Now it seems he's ghosted us. They need to do better. I'd steer clear and use another flooring company. Just save yourself the hassle on this one. Over $3,000 wasted here, it's infuriating. In addition, to have this fixed, I will need to move ALL furniture yet again and endure the removal and reinstall process all over again. It's unacceptable for them to do business this way and I see after coming to submit my review that we're not the only ones this has happened to.

I had the pleasure of hiring Andrew to come in and remove an old floor that was installed poorly…read more When I made the purchase, approximately five years ago, and I was told that I was getting a thick floor when in fact I was given something that was discounted an extremely cheap at a cost so unbelievable that I was ecstatic that I negotiated such a great deal. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I bought garbage because the way that it was installed by a friend trying to assist me, within a few years the Floor ended up splitting and breaking. It was very easy to just come in and pull up the pieces. I finally decided to call Andrew to come in and look at it. I was extremely embarrassed that I didn't use him from the get go and explained that my buddy assisted he and he cost me nearly nothing. Unfortunately that caused me a lot of problems as Andrew pointed them all out. In either case trying to save me money cost me twice the originally amount so Inlearned a value able lesson when II comes to your home never substitute quality for cheapness. So Andrew came with me and helped me pick out new flooring. We picked out a great product that was extremely reasonable but what I liked more than anything it was 20 mil thick versus 12 and I never understood the significance of that until now. It's unbelievable walking on floor. It's a totally different experience. When it comes to your home never cut corners and if you don't understand the product never take the word of a salesman. Get someone who knows and listen to what they have to say. Andrew is that guy and his work is awesome. I can't tell you how happy I am. I will be calling him back shortly for the next project!!!!
