Complaint sent to the BBB. We had an epoxy floor coating installed in 2020. It started cracking/peeling only in areas where vehicle tires sit. It has required "patching" in 2023, 2024, 2025, and is currently in a condition needing repair again. It is clearly "hot tire pickup", which the company's website in detail warns you about, saying it's from faulty installation of other companies - insinuating their company does it correctly and it won't be an issue. We were trying to resolve the issue with owner, Dan Blewitt, and after multiple emails he finally insisted the issue was with our concrete and not their services or products, and that we need to have our concrete tested/fixed and then he would replace the flooring. I sent Dan Blewitt correspondence from a third-party testing company, with no response. I requested documentation of EZ Garage Solutions' advertised 10-year workmanship warranty and any warranty for the products, with no response. I then had the floor tested with another floor coating specialist company, and that testing concluded the concrete was healthy. I sent this information to Dan Blewitt and asked for a refund at this point, as we do not feel comfortable having EZ Garage Solutions perform any work at our house. Dan Blewitt has still not responded. I do not recommend using this company. They are not honoring their advertised 10-year workmanship warranty, and are no longer being responsive to their customer's requests. read more

Champion was communicative, came out on time, evaluated our floor, laid out the options and did the job as promised on time. The results have withstood my abuse and still looks fantastic! This is the second home we put Monkey Bars in and based on the excellent customer experience both times , can unequivocally recommend them! Their installation team [Chris , Jake , and Champion] were great......came on time , went about their work very professionally and were just very pleasant to have in our home! I personally feel the same way about Monkey Bars as I did about the tuition we paid for my sons college education -----it was expensive but definitely a great investment in making our future home and life more comfortable. If that's not enough of an endorsement , also consider one of the selling points of last Condo was that we cared enough to put the Monkey Bars system into our "beautiful"garage ! read more

Dan has a great crew that did an amazing job on our garage floors and racks. Jake, Sam, Chris & Ryan were very professional and gave 110% to our install. I did a lot of comparison shopping before I decided Monkey Bars was the best option for my garage. Product is simple. Designed to hold the larger items that are found in Garages. Bins and boxes go overhead while things you use more frequently are right in front of you. Easy on, easy off.
