When I originally had my LVP flooring put down, the part of my house they, seemed to be quality work however when I called to get the rest of it done 2 year later there was a different crew. They didn't really speak English and took breaks a lot. A year later and the warranty up, there's parts of my LVP coming up and other areas when I walk on it, not evenly pat down. I was asked by Andy after it was done to please leave a review however didn't because I've had past experiences with other company's, the work seemed good however as the year/s went on weren't. Fantastic Floors did an amazing job on our renovated home. From start to finish. They came in and prepped the floors (we had a ton of tile and raw flooring that needed to be leveled). So since my last review a month ago, the company did reach out to fix their work. This time the work was done properly and I am pleased with the results. However my star rating will not change due to the fact that it took this company over a month to follow up and fix the issue. I can't say enough about our experience with Fantastic Floors in Jacksonville. We had a very difficult time finding a contractor to carpet our residential stairs . After numerous phone calls and much time spent to no avail, it was clear that carpeting stairs was a dying skill set and not anyone we contacted was remotely interested in our request, Enter Heath from Fantastic Floors. We arrived at the store about 20 minutes before closing . He listened to our request and sense of urgency, helped us pick the carpet and expediently sent Nick out to take measurements. The carpet was ordered and installed by Billy once it arrived . We can't be happier with the way it turned out. The job was not a large one but throughout the process, we were treated as if it were. It was professionally executed but not without the kindness and understanding of our need to have the job done, The product is beautiful and was flawlessly installed. If I could give no stars to leave a review, I would. Our builder utilized this company to install our floors and all of our tile work throughout our home. Not one aspect of the work completed by them was done with any concern for quality, tradesmenship, or any regard to what their finished product would be. When our builder elevates issues with the installation of their product, they send out subcontracted employees that speak little to no English, they refuse to leave your house when I asked after they get combative and argumentative, because of the language barrier, they do"fixes" that require further repairs later, because it's done improperly. Every single aspect they were involved in has had to be redone multiple times due to the poor quality work the contractors they send back out do. I have never dealt with a more frustrating company that sends out hired workers that continuously do subpar work with no quality assurance or care for the talent or lack there of of the employees they send out to represent them. Their owner prides them himself more on arguing with customers and trying to disprove their dissatisfaction, than remedying and rectifying their companies deficiencies. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you have the option or choice for a flooring or tile company, do not look here. Their contractor even said my friend was too fat for her floating LVP floors. read more

A Fantastic experience. It all started with Eric coming out to measure the rooms to have the flooring replaced, Eric was polite and explained the entire process. After, the measurements we went to the office to look at flooring samples to which Eric was very helpful in showing us samples he thought would work, once the flooring was selected it was ordered and arrived in less time than estimated. After which Eric called to schedule the install to my surprise he had a crew that could do it that week. The install crew was also polite and explained the process in which they would go about handling the Install. The whole process was pleasant. Heath was very attentive and always responded promptly to my questions. He kept me updated when materials were on backorder. I highly recommend working with him from Fantastic Floors. Bruno's team did a great job removing my builder-grade carpet and installing LVP on my steps and in four rooms of my home. He was polite and courteous. They worked quickly over two days to get everything done. We would select him as the installer for our next project. My only complaint is that I wish I knew the quarter round would have 45 degree cuts where you can see the tan wood exposed on the white material. I now have to paint the quarter round in a large area around my home. For the cost, I think that should have been included. read more

It was a pleasure working with Pete to replace the carpet in our 4 bedrooms. He is direct, honest, and efficient. He as accommodating to our timeline and gave sound advice in regards to our choices. Tyler Braswell was a lifesaver! I had done my research and been to several other local stores. I was unhappy with the options and the ability to answer questions. I was upfront with Tyler, and refreshingly, he was upfront with me. Fletcher did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my high traffic areas this weekend. I thought a couple of the stains were there to stay but he got them out completely. I made an appointment a week prior and a guy name Derek was supposed to come out and give me a quote on some luxury vinyl floors . He never showed up , I called the store and asked why he just decided to not show up and he came to the phone and apologized and said he had a hectic schedule !? Well it would have been nice to get a phone call . So I was nice enough to schedule for the next day , which he did show up this time , as he's explaining to me all the " demolition " he has to do he said he would get back to me with a quote . Mind you we have a brand new built house so demolition is pulling up the new carpet ‍ . Anyways we got the quote and it was very vague and didn't explain anything but the flat price of cost . The cost he quoted us was 10,000 ! On a 900 sq ft area ! Mind blown was an understatement , this is not our first quote so we knew what to kind of expect but being priced double of everyone else is insane . I'm not sure what hidden fees he is putting in , but everything about this guy is screaming shady . I would never give this guy or this company the time of day or a cent of my money . PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY! I purchased one of the top of the line flooring brands for my dwelling built by Dreamfinders. From the start I have had nothing but issues with this "top shelf" flooring. It chips, cracks, and the boards are separating so much so that you can fit a 50 cent piece between the boards. I have repeatedly asked the for help (under warranty) and they refused to fix it stating it's normal wear and tear". The floor is one year old and I live by myself so there is limited traffic which is besides the point. THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR WARRANTY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES and they are very, very arrogant about it. The rep who inspected my floor in person who filed the erroneous report was rude, late, and missed appointments. The company is run by an idiot obviously to encourage and condone this type work atmosphere. This company is TROUBLE with a capital "T:. When you here their name....RUN, done WALK away! PS: I would have rated them a "zero" instead of "1" if it was available, because that's what this merchant is, a big ZERO! read more

We met with A.J. on a few occasions, and twice asked him for pricing on specific floors. He took our cell phone numbers and email address, but never got back with us. After the second incident, we took our $8,700 job to a competitor. read more
