She was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and brought great ideas to the project. The final result looks fantastic and has already made a huge difference in how we use the space. After obtaining three closet designs/estimates we chose Tailored Living Jacksonville do to the…read moredesign, price and good reviews on line. So how did the installation go - first the installer indicated the specs were off as one wall is actually 153 inches vs 110 inches on the plan. It turned out that the materials were for the 153 inches needed. The installer then advised my wife that there were three glass and one laminate shelves not four glass shelves as designed. Later I got a call from Tim the owner (after he spoke to the installer) advising me there was a "glitch" in his program regarding the measurements he took and there was an issue with the pull out laundry baskets and pull out drawers as designed. Instead of two 17" deep laundry baskets and two 6" deep drawers we would end up with 17" and 11" laundry baskets and 6" and 4" drawers. By the time we found this out everything was attached to the walls and there was not much we could do other than have them rip everything out and start with a new company or agree to the changes. We were advised the needed pieces would be expedited and installed asap. Well that was on 1/18 and on 1/31 they were finally completed. Attached are photos for your benefit. I do not recommend this company as we did not get what we wanted and should have been advised prior to installation of the mistake and given the option to proceed or not!
