Preparation was extensive but the contractor did it with knowledge and on schedule. They were outstanding and the tenants are thrilled with their new flooring. Additionally, new carpet was installed in our condo and the rental condo which included stairs. Again, the installers were outstanding and moved all furniture, put everything back exactly as it originally was located. The carpets are beautifully installed. Everyone was on time, explained the work prior to the job. Rain was in the forecast so the installers worked around this problem too. Both LVT & carpet people cleaned after their work so no further disruption was made to the families. Followup contacts were made by the owner of the company to ensure our happiness.
