I went to their location, they were super polite and professional. Location is very clean. He was able to do his work on the car, accessing the codes and get the key fob working. However the trunk button wasn't working. He advised I share the vin and he'll reach out to the dealership to troubleshoot. I was able to get him the vin a week later. And he contacted the dealership. He contacted me and then came directly my house to fix the issue. What service! I appreciate his professionalism and care. I'd totally recommend XPRESS for locksmith purposes, especially car key fobs.

Before I buckled my 2.5 year old in his car seat, I placed the keys in his cup holder. At some point while buckling him, the doors auto-locked. I did not realize that happened until after I closed the door -- unfortunately, with the keys still in the cup holder. As you can imagine, I panicked. Luckily, the van was parked in a partially shaded spot. However, the sun was shining through the windshield. I imagined the interior slowly heating up.
