I'm now working with a rat removal service but before A2Z allowed me to hire them & get in contract they should have advised me to be sure to complete the proper step beforehand of ensuring the rat infestation was resolved. Now i'm out $3500 for an unnecessary garage cleaning and still have a rat infestation. As a new homeowner (or any homeowner) I'd assume a good business would make sure I've done the pre work (in this case rat infestation elimination) before accepting the job. That's in my view a shitty thing to have done to me as the client. Really disappointed because they seemed professional throughout the process. So for this reason of not holistically proactively making sure the proper prep was done I cannot rate this business any higher than a 2 star. I plan to treat these areas myself before moving the furniture back into the rooms where they belong. I still left a tip. UPDATE: the business owner contacted me offering to come back and re-clean the areas. I appreciated them following up and taking the time to address the issue. Two technicians Will and Frank came over and did a great job in cleaning the dark spots and removing the stain in the other room.
