We had a leak and Juan was referred to me by the plumber. I made my own research and requested other quotes. The customer service I experienced from the day I got the quote to the day after the work was completed, was excellent. Crew was very professional and I never had to wait. They were also respectful. Juan gave me the details of what I am paying for, explained everything and gave me pics before and after work. I recommend him and his company, and even saved him as my contact; I don't need to go shopping around for excellent clean up and restoration service. He takes pride of his work! Thanks Juan! read more

Leo, Alonzo & Horacio handled the restoration in our crawl space after a bathroom and kitchen leak. They were so nice, explained everything, extremely respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. There were plumbers from another company that also worked this job that caused a lot of issues and the Diamondback team actually helped fix some of the problems with no additional cost. Great company, great ethics! read more

I called for help and Diamondback was able to help! The two representatives Leo and Gio were great. They not only did my inspection which included going into my crawl space, they also preformed my service the same day! That's fast service! Juan came out to check on the job and will be sending staff to check during the drying process. Great local company! read more

Unfortunately my review will be different from other hyped positive reviews here. Also, it is not based on the work but solely on the quoted price. The plumber that was assigned to me by my home warranty to repair the water leak referred me to this company. This guys responded fast, came on time, were very polite and professional, no complains here at all. But when I got a quote for almost $2000 for 2hr job I got worried and reached out to other restoration companies. They all gave me quotes that were well below 1000 and estimated work time way less than 2hrs Maybe this guys would do a good job but I had to go with another reputable company that charged me a fair price. The job is already done so there were no surprises or upsell from the other companies. Update (after reading long comment from the company about the fair price): In my mind fair price is an important part of the job. And I didn't pick the cheapest company at the end, so fair is not cheapest for me (on the contrary to what they implied in the comment))) . Since several other companies with way higher number of positive reviews all told me that it is less than 2hr job and this company quoted me a 4 day job - I just want to share it with everybody so you will be ready to see such a quote from here. And we are talking about $1000 difference, Maybe somebody else is ready to add such amount to $900 job "just for the quality", but to me it looks quite steep read more

Nobody wants to deal with a water damage, but if you do, this company should be the first you call. They're the absolute BEST! We had some water damage due to me stupidly trying to replace a shower handle without shutting off the water first. Next thing I know, water is leaking from the ceiling in the downstairs kitchen. I called several companies, including our warranty. They couldn't get someone out for the next four days, but I know that with water damage, it has to be handled on the spot to avoid mold issues. Juan and his crew were beyond professional, responding immediately to my call, hearing my issue and concerns, and coming by to assess the damage within the hour. Their quote was extremely reasonable compared to other companies in the area, and they showed me where the damage was and the extent of the damage in the ceiling with a special equipment they had. They provided the blowers necessary to ventilate and dry out the area instantly. They came back three days later to reassess, and left the ventilators another two days since the equipment still detected water in the ceiling. After 5 days, the damage was clear of water. From the first phone call, until they completed the work, they showed the utmost professionalism. They were punctual, kind, honest, and reliable. I hope I never have to call them again, but if I ever flood my place again, they will certainly be the ones I call. read more

My issue started with a horrid sewage smell coming from underneath my house through the vents. A plumber went under to survey it and came back saying it was flooded and he could do nothing until the water was removed. He recommended Diamondback and arranged for them to come out the next morning. They come and saw the extent of the problem, explained it to me, and gave me an estimate on site. Needless to say I hired them on the spot. I signed the contract and set a date for a couple days later for the work to begin. They arrived on time and prepared. They started with one technician, Leo, and he worked his butt off. Later I the afternoon, they brought in Sergio, and he too was awesome! And they worked well into the evening, at which time the manager-Juan came by to introduce himself and talk to the guys. This was a big job with at least 600-700 sq.ft. Of crawl space flooded with sewer water. A nasty job to say the least. But the guys got the water out in two days so the plumber could get in and fix the problem! Bit the story doesn't end there because their follow-up is amazing. They used absorbent, disinfectants, and deodorizers to remediate the water damage. They set up at least 10-15 fans throughout the crawl space to dry up the residual moisture. They left these fans running for over a week, come back every two day to monitor the process and to make sure everything would get back to normal. In the course of their work they informed me that my air conditioning duct work from 1975 had basically been obliterated from a previous leak and the passage of time, which I would have never known about. I just thought my AC needed replacing. Their observations and forthcoming demeanor helped save me from replacing my AC unnecessarily! Diamondback is a top-notch, professional, outstanding company. Their technicians are young, highly trained, thorough, and disciplined. These guy do whatever it takes to get the job done well and done right. Leo and Sergio are truly experts at what they do! Their follow-up is amazing, and their manager Juan, leads by example. I love these guys!!! read more

This review is way overdue, but well deserved. I had a water main leak out almost the entire first floor of my house. I called Juan and his team through a recommendation. They got to work real quickly after and finished the initial demo work in a day. The team was very professional and were happy to explain every procedure. His team managed to carefully move all the necessary furniture, rip out the damaged floor, and place all the fans in a day. Juan also helped me work with my insurance company as this was a very new process to me as a new homeowner. He was able to help me investigate and diagnose my initial problem with my water main while I was having trouble explaining the issue to my insurance company. Juan made this inconvenience as tolerable as can be and I highly recommend going to his team for future/current restoration work/issues. read more

Where a lot of businesses are closed on Sundays (because that's when trouble always finds you), these guys came to our rescue. I had just noticed that water was coming through my ceiling and found out my upstairs neighbor had just come back from out of town to a leaking faucet, which dripped on his floor all weekend. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, we called Diamondback to help. They brought in all of the equipment, set it all up, and explained what to do. They were very proactive in checking in with us by phone and multiple visits to check the moisture levels. Once everything was done, they were out quickly. One point of clarification, they didn't repair the ceiling damage, but I found a contractor who has worked on the building before. read more

Had 2 different crews over (and more importantly UNDER) our house in the last week from Diamondback. Danny, Leo, JJ (amusingly, Danny's twin brother) and Cooper (? Not sure, lead/boss guy) were all very polite, informative, masked and hard working. Answered all our questions, took photos and videos from underneath our house to show us and were generally just decent guys. Also, the Boss back in the office (Juan?) was friendly and easy to work with. Hope I never have to seem them again :-) But if I had a similar problem, THEY would be the ones I would call. read more

I don't usually do reviews unless it's very bad or awesome experience. This was an awesome experience. I spoke with a lot people who wouldn't even come to my house to give me an estimate. They wanted pictures. Or showed up and said, we can't do it.They wanted me to hire a contractor to remove my entire deck to do a clean up. I spoke with Juan who showed up and gave me an estimate and alternatives to the deck situation. He didn't just dismissed me. He explained why the deck was an issue. Anyhow, work was done and completed in three days. He was always available to answer questions. Very nice experience and price wasn't bad at all read more

We recently had a clogged drain and a pipe separation under the house that resulted in a spill of sewage. Fortunately, it was found before too much had drained out on the ground, but the plumber fixed it temporarily and told us that a restoration company would need to do the cleanup before repairs could proceed. Juan and crew came out quickly and did an excellent job in removing the water and the contaminated dirt, sanitizing the area, and placing a fan under the house to dry it so that the plumber could proceed. They were able to remove the bags through a trap door in a closet and take them outside without leaving any debris in the house. After the fan ran for a few days, the area was dry enough and sanitized for the plumber to proceed. I highly recommend Juan and crew at Diamondback Cleaning and Restoration if you ever need their services. read more

Excellent service and staff, Juan is very knowledgeable and did well in explaining the restoration process. Thank you Diamondback.

Just want to leave this review and hope it helps others finding a company to do restoration clean up. If I could give 100 stars I would. I called Juan at Diamondback Restoration who was recommended by our plumber when they noticed after running a camera we had a sewer leak under our house in the crawl space. Juan eased all stress of the situation and set up an free inspection and estimate on the spot. I didn't want to go with anyone else and glad I didn't. The next morning Johnny and his crew were here setup and done by early afternoon. Juan, Johnny and crew were prompt, professional and very clean with everything they did. They walked me through every step of work they did including pictures of what was then a very messy situation and made it a clean one. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of this service. read more

Last Sunday we discovered a huge problem underneath the house. A drainline pipe broke and a good amount of standing still water had collected with lots of food. The first company I contacted wanted to charge $250 just to come out and assess the problem. I then contacted DiamondBack who charged a very reasonable price and got here in less than an hour. Juan was extremely friendly and professional. He provided us a quote before leaving and was able to begin work the very next morning. What I liked most was the open line of communication. Juan always provided us with an update and explained what he would be doing next. This was a four to five day process and as bad as the situation was, DiamondBack, defintely helped with making the process less stressful than it already was. I highly recommend their company! read more

A water supply line sprung a leak in the attic space above our master bathroom. Diamondback was recommended by our plumber and they were quickly able to arrive on site and immediately began to remediate the situation. They removed all the saturated wallboard and insulation. Juan and his helper were very professional and neat. They installed their drying equipment and returned several days later to complete the job. We are very satisfied with their work and recommend them highly! read more

So I had the worst leak under the house that I am renting. Waste water, sewage gross. Guy and Neil, the employees at Diamondback came here on a Saturday. When we talked on the phone they said they would be here at noon until about 4pm. The problem was so bad that they were here until 9pm that night. They were so thorough. I really appreciate them a lot. They were very hard workers. The smell before they came was so unbearable it was coming in through the vents in the floor. I couldn't stand it. Now my daughter and I can finally breath fresh air again. Absolutely the best guys EVER! read more

Do not use this place use serve pro of Pleasanton. Diamond back did not secure the rest of the house from mold. If must be protected and was not. My insurance company urged me to let them go. So the house was safe. read more

Water stains in the ceiling lead to the discovery of water damage due to bad pipes in two master bedrooms. The plumber recommended Diamondback. Called Juan for an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that he was able to survey the damage, assess work & cost the same day and begin work the next morning. This is emergency service at its finest. Miguel and Guy worked the entire day providing individual area isolation barrier construction, meticulous removal of sheet-rock to expose areas for antimicrobial cleansing, demolition and removal of affected vanity area (where leaky pipes were behind), and dehumidifier/fan set-up (in each barrier area to remove/dry any moister residue ... be prepared for some ambient noise levels to rise). The whole restoration process took about 5 days, including sealing/covering the exposed areas. Super courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable service. Thanks Juan and his crew.
