Steve and his team replaced our tired old gas log fireplace with a new, beautiful, full-enclosure gas fireplace. From the beginning of the project until the end, Steve and his team were friendly, courteous, prompt to reply, and genuinely took pride in their work. Steve made sure that at the end of the project, he was there to ensure that the inspection passed without any issues. He also made sure that we, as the customers, had an opportunity to ask any questions we had about the operation of the fireplace insert. Steve and his team also refreshed our 20+ year old gas lantern in the front yard, replacing the old mantle system with a beautiful gas flame and refinishing it from top to bottom. Daniel came out and was very informative on what needed repairing. He showed the video of the areas of concern that he found so I could understand everything. Their prices were wallet friendly, too. Side note, I had a small tree in the way and tried to trim it the best I could. Daniel brought a chainsaw and took care of it and Mark even took the trimmings to the dump.
