Every step of the way Gary was direct, responsive, respectful, and professional. More importantly, he is personable and relatable; that is, he's easy to talk to and I didn't feel "oversold" at any point. His team worked quickly and efficiently, and left the house and surrounding areas spotless--not even an errant nail left behind. Gary provided a courtesy aerial view of the work as it progressed, which was nice. Finally, NexPro's pricing is very competitive and their work is warranted. Once again, I'm very happy with this company and intend to work with them again should the need arise.

The attic had very poor ventilation, and worst of all, it had black mold throughout. The previous owner painted over it with black paint. We found your company in The Shepherd's Guide. Your team did a wonderful job of replacing the entire roof in only 2-3 days. Even though the sellers knew of this issue, and somehow let us bear the burden that was not ours to bear, we made the most of a bad situation. The wonderful part is that we discovered your company. It is run with honesty, integrity, and hard work. We left the home, giving the new owners a warrantee from an A+ company. God bless you all

I was impressed with the time he took to confirm the need for roof replacement and to give me a clear explanation of my options for materials. He also gave me a good recommendation for someone to make chimney repairs before he began roofing. He and his crew arrived when promised and did an excellent, thorough job of the replacement and the cleanup. It looks great! Later, when I wanted to replace the gutters and gutter guards, he arranged for that work to be done as well. Both of these jobs were a good value: he did the gutter work for significantly less than another company had quoted me. I am pleased to recommend this company enthusiastically.

We had our hearts set on adding a stone patio to our home, but after meeting with a few contractors, it did not work within our budget. When we started considering a deck, we had several contractors say that we could not get the features we wanted (Trex Transcend, black spindles, lighting mounted under the rails, etc.) within our budget. Nick came out to our home, talked with us for several hours, provided an estimate for everything we wanted in our deck, and it was under budget!!! Bruce built our deck; he was very thorough and did a great job. After the deck was completed, we had a problem with the lights not working; both Nick and a person from the lighting company (which is close to where we live) came out to inspect and fix the problem (one of the lights was faulty, but it was replaced the same day). We could not be happier with our deck and the price, quality and service that we received from Classic Remodeling!

On roof install day their crew came out and were extremely efficient and helpful! A few weeks later we had two exterior doors and and our bay windows replaced. We had the exact same experience with the crew on that day as well. We will have the remainder of our windows replaced by Banner. You will have access to management every day that you work with them. They will answer your questions and get anything you need taken care of and or resolved. It is hard to find a company with this level of integrity and professionalism anymore.
