I had exterior walls in one room insulated 2 years ago by Carroll insulation. You can feel the dry wall is hot in summer and cold in the winter about 8" across entire wall. I've contacted them multiple times since the installation and even left message with supervisor. I had one staff member come out last August. No response since as I continue to call them. I would not recommend this company. Their estimate was 3x their next closest competitor. $11k vs. $4k for everyone else. We received quotes from 4 insulation contractors. When pressed for a cost breakdown, the sales guy quoted numbers that wouldnt add up. Materials, same as you can buy at any boxstore, only 3x higher cost. Spoke to the general manager about the absurdity of the proposal and he could only give back attitude with a lecture about my being rude to ask for pricing information. I have to say I was very impressed with Carroll Insulation. The sales rep was very informative and really helped me understand the importance of insulation. I was scheduled very quickly and the workers who showed up were very courteous. I hardly knew they were there. They got in, got there work done, cleaned up everything and rolled. out.
