STAY AWAY! Pest Now? Yes, that's what you'll have if you use them, pests now. I used them for 5…read moreyears and thought they were great but the last year+ their prices have gone up and results have been terrible. Inspectors spend less than 5 minutes onsite, going through the motions. Barely spraying, not even making an attempt to understand the problem. To boot, their customer service is terrible and due to an error on their own payment system they sent a $100 bill to collections (thankfully I resolved it after days of waiting for a response). When I emailed to cancel my quarterly service I got a very straightforward response, they didn't even attempt to correct the problem or at the very least understand why I was cancelling. Do not use them. If you don't believe me, read the other reviews. I went with another local company for half the price and they have actually made it a point to understand and treat the problem.

Quality Insulation had nothing but top ratings here on Yelp when I reached out to them to provide…read moreinsulation in the attic of my townhouse. Now that they've completed the job at my house, allow me to provide yet another glowing review. Chris and I connected not long after my request for a quote and he came by my house in the next day or so. After spending a little time in the attic, he came down to give a thorough breakdown of what was in the attic and a couple of different paths I could take (e.g. removing all the existing insulation before blowing in the new product; leaving the existing insulation and simply blowing the new stuff over the top of it). He answered every question I asked and had a formal estimate (which included detailed photos of what he saw up in the attic) to me the next day. Chris promised that the team coming to do the install would be top-of-the-line -- and he was right. Dave led the crew, who were very respectful of my house and used floor coverings and booties throughout the installation. They removed all the old insulation and got the new stuff in place in about 3 hours. Dave had me inspect the work before departing and was also happy to answer a couple of follow-up questions I had. I wouldn't hesitate in calling Chris if you're in need of assessing your insulation situation or are ready for a replacement. As many folks on here will attest, you'll get outstanding service from start to finish.

Choosing Sprayfoam insulation over fiberglass is one of the smartest investments you can make for your home or business. Sprayfoam doesn’t just insulate—it seals every crack and gap, keeping your space warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer, and your energy bills lower all year long. Unlike fiberglass, which can sag, shift, and let in drafts, Sprayfoam stays in place for the life of your home, giving you lasting comfort and savings. After getting several quotes, I chose Founders insulation to remove my old fiberglass insulation…read moreand replace it with cellulose. I would give them five stars for their prompt communication setting up the initial appointment, for providing a competitive quote and then answering all my questions about the insulation product they were going to use. I felt my concerns were heard and responded to respectfully, especially by the owner Brian. The crew that did the removal and installation were also punctual, friendly and took good care of my property. Despite working long hours in 100 plus degree conditions. The only reason I dropped a star was because after the dust settled and we were able to access the attic we noted a few things that bothered us. Most of these issues could have been easily addressed if the installation crew had been more communicative with us throughout the process. Instead we had to deal with these issues afterwards which was rather frustrating and took several weeks to resolve and required us to call in other contractors. I would still recommend this company for all the things that they did well. But more and better communication from the work crew would have made this an overall five star experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GREAT WORK AND STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read moreI had an excellent experience with Founders Insulation and owner Brian Handy. Brian's a great guy--knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and easy to work with. He clearly explained what was needed, what was optional, and why. He showed exactly where the insulation and air-sealing problems were, giving me complete confidence in his recommendations. There was no pressure to add unnecessary work, and everything stayed within budget. Work included removing old attic insulation, extensive air sealing, insulating the attic to R-60, sealing the attic hatch, adding insulation to vaulted ceilings, and spray-foaming problem areas and a cantilever. The team did an incredible job. I was especially impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned up afterward. Most importantly, I've noticed a significant decrease in my heating and A/C costs since the work was completed. Excellent communication, quality work, fair pricing, and no surprises.
