He is someone my Dad would approve of and he questioned every worker I hired years ago so I wouldn't be taken advantage of. In my townhouse they completed the siding, roof, bathroom, flood damage and I have been completely satisfied. The workers from Arocon are friendly and professional and make extra effort, pay attention to detail and strive for excellence. I recently moved to a new home and needed gutters, and windows. I did not hesitate to call Eric, Both were completed in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. A couple of weeks ago I was having an issue with my roof. Eric determined it should be replaced and as always in a timely manner Arocon workers installed my beautiful new roof. The workers protected my property and spent extra time making sure my yard and driveway were cleaned and and left better than they found it. It is extremely difficult to find reputable workers and I hit the jackpot with Arocon. I highly recommend them without hesitation. Kathleen Gradwell

However, Aracon failed to install a ridge…read morevent or other proper venting, resulting in a near failure of the roof due to mold throughout the entire underlayment system. The roof supposedly had a warranty but after initially agreeing to examine the issues we had and install a proper ridge vent they ghosted us. So we were left holding the bills for $7000+ of mold remediation and vent installation. To make matters even worse the gutter covers they installed were impropertly installed and all came crashing off the roof this past Winter. That will cost us another $1800. I would avoid this company at all costs. They don't stand by their warranty, they don't stand by their work and have a reputation for disappearing when they screw up. We are filing complaints with the Maryland Home Improvement Commision to try and get restitution. Save yourself the trouble. There are other, much more qualified, roofers out there.
