The $4800 Encore I bought from them had an issue with the damper within a week of installation. 3 months later when I could get someone out to service the using, he showed up and corrected the issue (strictly a adjustment) and then advised me that he was charging me a trip charge of just short of $400 for the trip to and from my house. I am 45 miles away from the vendor. He told me his standard charge is $280 within his county, $330 one county out and $380 for 2 counties away. I do not recommend this vendor to anyone. $400 just for them to drive to your place.
