Requested a repair quote and estimate on mechanical issues with my daughter's car. Was quoted a timing for updates on Tuesday they got back to me the Monday before. The news was unfortunate and the vehicle's engine was blown and they would not be able to complete the repairs. My husband and I have been getting our cars serviced here for the last three years and we have been pretty satisfied. Their staff has always been helpful and addressed whatever problems our vehicles had. When we had larger issues with our cars, they would schedule us as soon as possible. Just recently, my car was having tire pressure issues and using the air pump at the gas station turned out to be useless, I was able to get help from Firestone, no questions asked. I was also told that I could bring my car back anytime, just to refill my tires with air. They have great customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my cars to this shop. Plus, if you buy tires here and you have some kind of tire issue, as a national chain, any one of their Firestone stores in the U.S. will honor your tire contract - whether it be a free patch or balance/rotation. read more

Made an oil change appointment for Saturday, they emailed the day before to say it's been rescheduled for Monday, then received email saying it's been rescheduled to 3pm Tuesday. Show up to my 3pm appointment, it's now 445 and they still haven't even taken my vehicle back to start a simple oil change. I got a flat tire on my 1st ever Uber ride from Phoenix to Tucson and I had a bad donut so I couldn't use the spare. It was near closing time and I honestly didn't make it on time but representative Richard was incredible and managed to get me in. Called and talked to Saul to ask if they have trailer tires. I explained that we didn't have the tools to loosen the lug nuts so we we could get the tire off and asked if they could help us if we brought the trailer to the shop. He said they could. We drive over there just to have them tell us they won't help us. Saul, the manager, said our trailer was too big. We were asking for help and he offered no solutions to problem. Won't recommend and won't return. FYI, we went to Furrier right up the road, talked to Shaun, he was great and had no problem with us bringing the trailer! We will definitely return! read more

This is the only place I have taken my car to get serviced in the past 4 years. This particular location allows for online appointment setting and they make every effort to see you at the appointed time. I've always received good service and the front desk attendants are always very diligent about providing you with wait time updates (if you stay in the waiting room). I have, of course, had instances where I have had to wait way longer than I was initially told, but what car place hasn't let you down in that area at least once? Overall, I've had a pretty experience with this Firestone location and would definitely recommend them to others. read more

We were on our way home to CA from Tucson and got a flat on the Highway. We ended up putting the spare on but it was too late to get the tire fixed. Stayed the night in town and came to Firestone first thing the next morning. I explained to Bob what happened and he said he would try his best to get it done as fast as possible so we could get back on the road and head home. Well he delivered..... I was barely back to the hotel room when Bob called saying it was fixed and ready to go!! Great customer service and clean shop with a nice cool waiting area that has a TV, cold drinks and coffee in case you are waiting. Highly recommended!!! read more

I took my car to THIS place because a warranty I had required it. Luckily for me that warranty had expired so I was able to go to my regular mechanic who is honest and trustworthy. This particular Firestone wanted to replace spark plugs and a coil on a luc car with low mileage. Turns out a pack rat chewed through a wire (s) causing the car to become disabled . I took all three of my vehicles for oil change, they got one right. My Tacoma came back with a leak on the drain plug; they neglected to put a seal on it. My RAV4 came back with the filler cap removed and wedged behind the dipstick. This is total carelessness. I had been going there when it was Fletchers for 20 years; I will never go to this place again. The store manager didn't seem to care. They also told me that each battery was bad, less than a year old from Costco; they weren't bad, and that my brake fluid was bad; it was changed when the brakes were at this same location, my brakes work fine! I needed new tires and had passed by a firestone on tangerine with a sign saying something about a tire sale... I booked an appointment online with this Firestone 2 days later. Someone called me and confirmed the appointment and went over brief tire options with me over the phone. I went to the store and the front desk person, his name was Ronny (Ronnie?) was very helpful and informative. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and I really do feel like he gave me his honest opinions about the tires I should get. The service was done quick and was given papers about my cars other tires etc. I really did like my service here and will probably come back when I am due for another tire change in the future! read more

Scheduled an appointment online. Got a call letting me know that my appointment time was unavailable and had to be moved back to a later time. If the time wasn't actually available, maybe it shouldn't have been open on the website, but OK, we can move it back. Showed up on time for my appointment only to be told that I would have to wait 2-3 hours. Counter attendant was decidedly curt and unapologetic. I came in for a simple oil change. I was told my car needed struts replacement. After the strut replacement, the front end made a loud banging noise. I took the car back and requested a fix. They charged me for additional parts and labor and did not fix the problem. Due to this extremely poor service, I lost confidence in this shop. I took my car to a different mechanic who found that the struts had been installed incorrectly. I took my car back to Firestone on Cortaro and asked for my money back. Recently went to get tires so I had them do my oil change on a 2017 sorento. Immediately after pulling out of garage oil light goes on and has been leaking oil ever sense. Only giving it one star so I am able to post this review! This is a horrible place! Do not take your car there! I made the mistake and took my car there because it had an overheating problem, I got there they diagnosed it said they could fix it will take a few hours those few hours took a few days those few days turned into 3 weeks they gave me a rental and the run around told me parts have not came in than that the person who is an expert on overheating issues was not there than they told me they could not fix my car when I went to go pick my car up the check engine light was on and it was not drivable! I did NOT leave my car like that to them I told them they said the overheating problem caused it! I went through the claims department for nothing because they had the same Firestone people take a look at it why if they are the ones who messed my car up! DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They are dishonest and do not know what they are doing! The claim department is a joke! Now I'm stuck with a car that is not drivable and has the check engine light on. read more

The company I work for uses a fleet management outfit .I took my truck in because the low tire light was on .When i returned to pick up the truck they told me that they replaced the brakes on the rear of the truck . They never discussed or asked me before they did it . When I asked him why it was done, he said "YOUR JUST THE DRIVER, YOU DON'T PAY THE BILL!". I felt uncomfortable with this, especially since they just changed out the brakes a few months prior. Obviously, they are scamming people & businesses by performing unnecessary services. I'm fairly new to this Firestone. Purchased 1 tire and a battery earlier this year. This past weekend, my driver's side window disappeared, so I stopped at Firestone on the way home. Ronald told me it was probably a cable that had snapped. I was quoted a repair price of $560. and given a $100. coupon if I came back on 11/11. Took the vehicle to Quebedeaux on 11/8 for an oil change and they looked at the window for free and determined it was a bad regulator. Gave me a cost of $430. + tax. Should have made an appointment with them. Instead...I was at this Firestone at 8:00 am and did not leave until noon. I've never waited at "any" shop for 4 hours. I was told a few hours in, that a parking bulb needed to be replaced. Of course, no store in the area had the bulb I needed, so someone had to go purchase it. Not a big deal, since I had given the okay. A bit after 11:30, I was shown the broken part. I had looked it up at AutoZone and was familiar. So, I'm not sure if the part was finally installed after 3.5 hours. Customers who came in after 8:30 had their vehicles returned to them in a timely manner. Can't blame the counter guy Ronald. He was very nice. Checked on me occasionally and offered water. Just inexcusable for what I had done to take so long. I'll return for something easy: i.e. new battery, new tire, or oil change. Anything more stringent, my business will be handled elsewhere. P.S. it is nice to receive a free estimate from most shops and not have to pay $40.00. read more

Great work! Mike and his team at this Firestone, saved me alot of money & possibly a catastrophe. While having my truck serviced and tires rotated at this Firestone location, during their inspection, the mechanic noticed parts missing off the lift kit, I paid to have installed, at a different local tire & auto shop. It was unnoticeable until the vehicle was on the lift, and the tires were taken off. Needless to say, I took my truck back to the company who orrigionally installed my lift kit for "re-work." Firestone's prices are average but, the work they do is top knotch & trustworthy. I read through other reviews, some negative, pointing to Firestone's complimentary inspections. Mike and his team's attention to detail truly saved my vehicle, & possibly my family. THIS Firestone location is my "Go-to" auto shop for both my vehicles services.
