His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them. On the day I picked up my car, Jerry was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and even helped me replace my car license plates and put on my registration sticker. I highly recommend him if you're trying to find a diligent, honest and patient mechanic. I will continue to bring my car back to him and recommend him to my friends and family. Breaks still screwed up after taking it back to fix. Now they have to fix them for the 3rd time, same problem, ribbing and squealing! The can't give me a time for appt. I have to leave my car for the 3rd time which is a grave inconvenience as I don't have another car to drive. They usually don't have it done that day, and the repair pushes to the next day. I drive my car for a living and can't go without my car sooo many times for the same problem!! Then I had them replace the breaking light bar as it stopped working. After pulling my car apart to do this, it was never put back the way it was. Panels not connected in the trunk and in the back seat!!
