Although they were not officially open, the owner had one of his workers assist me and quickly & efficiently repaired a small puncture in a tire, asking for almost nothing in return. Top notch, excellent, cream of the crop, first-rate... Class A. It's the perfect name, as far as…read moreI'm concerned, because that's what they provided me with - the best service in town. I live in Toronto, but due to limited space in my big city digs, I store my snow tires in my parents garage in Peterborough. When I called the Honda dealership in late November to make an appointment to get my tires changed, I figured it would be a breeze... Since this is not a review of Trent Valley Honda, I will spare you the details, but suffice it to say, they screwed up... big... and I left with the job undone and very little time before I needed to leave to make it back to the city for work on time. Enter Class A. Every other place in town seemed to be frazzled and overrun by people doing just the same as I was and hurrying to get snow tires on at (what we thought was going to be) the last minute. But not Class A. They listened to my situation, put me on a brief hold to check scheduling, and came back to report that, under the circumstances, they had found time to fit me in. When I arrived, they took my car in right on schedule and were done in no time. Staff was amazing, the waiting area was stocked with magazines and had a television screen showing CP24, and I made it to my destination with time to spare. Thanks guys!

They completed an oil change, rust proofing, transfer case service and installed the front turn signal bulb (had to remove a bunch of panels) in about 45 minutes. I see the same staff over multiple visits, and they all seem quite happy to work there. They offer mechanical services as well. For selfish reasons, I don't want to give this review- don't want them getting too busy - but this is the place to go if you want efficient, friendly service.
