Halfway through, they called to tell me they couldn't find my wheel lock key and said they'd only charge me an hour's labor because they cannot complete the safety che k without it. I told them the wheel lock key was in the glove box, but they refused to check. I ended up paying $120 for an hour of labor and now they expect me to return and pay $169 again for the safety check. All because they didn't bother looking where I told them the key was and saw a young kid they could scam another 120$ from. This isn't the first time either. They pulled a similar stunt with my Mustang last summer and I ended up having it scrapped. when they were called on it. There was "nothing they could do" Lesson learned. One year later my truck has the same front end issue... so I took it to a different shop in town. They inspected the truck and told me it still has the original factory axles that came in it. I called Peterborough used tires and asked them to take a look at the vehicle and they gave me an appointment 5 days away, which meant I wouldn't be able to safely drive my vehicle until then. I went and got the tire balanced at another mechanic and Peterborough tires refused to reimburse the price of the tire balance. Overall I would be cautious getting your tires done here because they clearly don't do a good job and you will likely run into issues after install.
