I live in Toronto, but due to limited space in my big city digs, I store my snow tires in my parents garage in Peterborough. When I called the Honda dealership in late November to make an appointment to get my tires changed, I figured it would be a breeze... Since this is not a review of Trent Valley Honda, I will spare you the details, but suffice it to say, they screwed up... big... and I left with the job undone and very little time before I needed to leave to make it back to the city for work on time. Enter Class A. Every other place in town seemed to be frazzled and overrun by people doing just the same as I was and hurrying to get snow tires on at (what we thought was going to be) the last minute. But not Class A. They listened to my situation, put me on a brief hold to check scheduling, and came back to report that, under the circumstances, they had found time to fit me in. When I arrived, they took my car in right on schedule and were done in no time. Staff was amazing, the waiting area was stocked with magazines and had a television screen showing CP24, and I made it to my destination with time to spare. Thanks guys!

One year later my truck has the same front end issue... so I took it to a different shop in town. They inspected the truck and told me it still has the original factory axles that came in it. New CV-axle and truck works great now. Do not trust Fitzsimmons Garage. They will lie to you and charge you for work that isn't being done.

Wouldn't recommend buying tires or having tires installed here. I bought new tires here and had…read morethem installed, after having them installed there was a tire on the vehicle which hadn't been balanced (which was included in installation) and the entire vehicle was shaking when driving. I called Peterborough used tires and asked them to take a look at the vehicle and they gave me an appointment 5 days away, which meant I wouldn't be able to safely drive my vehicle until then. I went and got the tire balanced at another mechanic and Peterborough tires refused to reimburse the price of the tire balance. Overall I would be cautious getting your tires done here because they clearly don't do a good job and you will likely run into issues after install.
