Yet they manipulated us into signing anyway. Yes, we should have taken the time to read the fine print on the many papers that were thrust in front of us and now we are stuck with a deal we don't want. They refuse to budge. Fine. Just be aware that this dealership is completely dishonest and lacking in integrity. The worst experience I have had in forty years of buying cars. Zero stars.

Cash to reimburse me for the 25 dollars I spent in the taxi cab to boost my battery in Toronto. I purchased a vehicle here and later found several issues that were not disclosed including but not…read morelimited to previous repaint on the front end, unrepaired dents listed on the Bill of Sale, and wheels different from what was shown in the ad. Even airbags warning light also came on at delivery and they asked me to drive it away. When I raised these concerns, the dealership repeatedly denied all issues and did not provide any practical solution, so I decided not to argue further. I have filed a complaint with OMVIC and submitted all documents. Depending on the outcome, I may also pursue Small Claims Court. They clearly covered the rust with paint. The rear hatch doesn't lock, and the muffler fell off today. I already had them replace the battery and a connector because the alarm would go off all night, and they had screwed a connector that was too large into the battery post. I definitely overpaid, and would never recommend them to anyone.

Upon being threatened with OMVIC, the better business bureau and the MTO, they agreed to do the work and only swapped out the Rear Crossmember, hence making any complaint to MTO impossible. They reattached the toe links to the cross member with the improper bolts, and left me with a control arm that had a completely worn out bushing, and the front drivers side wheel bearing was no good. This means that a proper alignment was IMPOSSIBLE. They even left an engine light on, and tried to tell me it was ok to be sold like that. These guys plated the vehicle in a completely unsafe condition and told me it was a reliable vehicle that would most certainly last me the first two years of my apprenticeship. Upon my complaint they turned around and told me I should have bought something more reliable. Next time I will, and you should too - by not going here.

Absolutely love my new vehicle! I had tried 5 vehicles with the salesmen. All drove wonderful but had to have the Taurus! The financing was so easy ( Her name was Kelly) and she was very thorough. Made me feel very welcome and was in no time approved! When I went to pick up my car they had all information completed and the car was just shining! To top it off they have this awesome Gong that you hit when you purchase a car and I rang that with pride! How fun and inventive was that! Even got my picture taken with John! Loved it all.
