Helped with all the information for the vehicle, but we should have paid more attention to our first red flag. The manager, poor attitude, not friendly at all. Collected the car a few days later, loud noise coming from the engine. Took it back. Told us to check back in a few days. We decided to call, they said the parts was coming on Friday, we dropped the car the previous Saturday. They said they will call on Monday. Tuesday, we called, they said that it will be ready by Friday. I am waiting, will provide you some more feedback after friday.

TL:DR SUV was recalled for paint, no technical/internal issues prior, after picking up it starts having issues. Then was told an option to replace the part with a used part onsite from another vehicle of the same model and year BUT was given a quote/estimate to have to PAY for the used part. Was then basically threatened to either pay half for the part or it'll be taken out and the old part be put back in and the issues would persist and be unfixed. This is very shady when no paperwork was provided beforehand of an estimate cost of this part replacement. You can't just assume someone will pay for the part when it was not provided in any paperwork or even an amount was told. Honestly disappointed that there are shady dealerships like this trying to scam innocent citizens.

Most recently, I used the shuttle service for a simple tire change. When I called for a return ride, no one showed up. I was put on hold repeatedly and eventually had to arrange my own transportation before closing. When I arrived, I was met with a hollow apology and was told they were short-staffed. I was handed a bill and told to return to have the tires torqued. I've given this dealership multiple chances (there are more examples of poor service I could name). It consistently feels disorganized, dismissive, and transactional. I submitted a complaint to Kia directly but haven't received a case number or any follow-up. I'm not holding my breath. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who values reliability, communication, or basic human decency.

Jacked up the car and discovered the Engine Under Cover hanging down on the front end. Both front screws were missing and the front of the cover was hanging down. These screws are special Honda flanged screws. Drove back to Peterborough and complained to Service Manager. He crawled under the car and said I was right. He then looked around the shop looking under benches etc. to find the parts. He found one and crawled back under the car to insert the screw without putting the front edge over the lip and said that it was fixed. No offer to send the correct parts to me or any other type of follow up. Stay away from these people. Do your own oil changes.

I paid to ship it to me and then back to them when Hugh agreed to return the car. Once the car was received they refused to return my calls. Transferred me to their paralegal. Lied to her about what happened and are refusing to return my money. The car is a mess. Not clean at all. Attached are just a couple of pictures of the damages. The car was disgustingly dirty. Even had floor samples in the trunk. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
