Absolutely love my new vehicle! I had tried 5 vehicles with the salesmen. All drove wonderful but had to have the Taurus! The financing was so easy ( Her name was Kelly) and she was very thorough. Made me feel very welcome and was in no time approved! When I went to pick up my car they had all information completed and the car was just shining! To top it off they have this awesome Gong that you hit when you purchase a car and I rang that with pride! How fun and inventive was that! Even got my picture taken with John! Loved it all. I completely recommend this business and will definitely tell my friends and colleagues! Congratulations on their new location on Lansdowne Street and kudos to their fabulous team! Lori Richards

Helped with all the information for the vehicle, but we should have paid more attention to our first red flag. The manager, poor attitude, not friendly at all. Collected the car a few days later, loud noise coming from the engine. Took it back. Told us to check back in a few days. We decided to call, they said the parts was coming on Friday, we dropped the car the previous Saturday. They said they will call on Monday. Tuesday, we called, they said that it will be ready by Friday. I am waiting, will provide you some more feedback after friday.

Unprofessional, unreliable, shady, and definitely not trustworthy…read more I really rarely ever write a bad review such as this and I've written many reviews but I absolutely do not recommend bringing your Toyota car here for any repairs and don't trust anyone in their service department. TL:DR SUV was recalled for paint, no technical/internal issues prior, after picking up it starts having issues. Then was told an option to replace the part with a used part onsite from another vehicle of the same model and year BUT was given a quote/estimate to have to PAY for the used part. Was then basically threatened to either pay half for the part or it'll be taken out and the old part be put back in and the issues would persist and be unfixed. This is very shady when no paperwork was provided beforehand of an estimate cost of this part replacement. You can't just assume someone will pay for the part when it was not provided in any paperwork or even an amount was told. Honestly disappointed that there are shady dealerships like this trying to scam innocent citizens.

Very non transparent manipulative dealership. we went from a totally done cash deal with the…read moresalesman Jake Turner to a totally escalated financed deal by Samira Karim that we had no interest in originally. Very good sales tactics by Samira inflated our price almost 15000$. The one payment packed item that really stands out is a 3700$ rustproofing charge that we did not want but fully charged for even tho Samira said it was practically free with all the discounts she was giving us NOT! The focus at this dealership is all about padding their pockets and emptying yours. Because of no resolution of this item by general managerDylan Laval or the 401 group of companies we have escalated this to OMVIC hoping they do an investigation into this dealerships sales tactics. Be aware of payment packing and watch your bottom line instead of your monthly payments. 10/10 to Samira for duping us into all the extras.

Just be aware that this dealership is completely dishonest and lacking in integrity. The worst experience I have had in forty years of buying cars. Zero stars.
