This means there are limits on the size of cars available. It also means that people are there on what is a by definition an already shit day--as it was following us hitting a deer. I brought the vehicle back early on the due date and Desjardins dropped a portion of the bill on me after pre approving it up until that date. Peter from the Lansdowne St. location in Peterborough heard the conversation and stepped in and really helped me out. He really didn't have to but he did. I live in Toronto, but due to limited space in my big city digs, I store my snow tires in my parents garage in Peterborough. When I called the Honda dealership in late November to make an appointment to get my tires changed, I figured it would be a breeze... Since this is not a review of Trent Valley Honda, I will spare you the details, but suffice it to say, they screwed up... big... and I left with the job undone and very little time before I needed to leave to make it back to the city for work on time. Enter Class A. Every other place in town seemed to be frazzled and overrun by people doing just the same as I was and hurrying to get snow tires on at (what we thought was going to be) the last minute. But not Class A. They listened to my situation, put me on a brief hold to check scheduling, and came back to report that, under the circumstances, they had found time to fit me in. When I arrived, they took my car in right on schedule and were done in no time. Staff was amazing, the waiting area was stocked with magazines and had a television screen showing CP24, and I made it to my destination with time to spare. Thanks guys!

Absolutely love my new vehicle! I had tried 5 vehicles with the salesmen. All drove wonderful but had to have the Taurus! The financing was so easy ( Her name was Kelly) and she was very thorough. Made me feel very welcome and was in no time approved! When I went to pick up my car they had all information completed and the car was just shining!
