Jeff in service is fantastic and is always willing to listen to my hunches about what might be going on with my car. The guys in the shop often come out to explain what is going on and give me options. They never do work without calling and asking for my approval, and if the work is going to take a few hours they're quick to offer the shuttle around town or a loaner car in some cases. I'm never worried about them ripping me off because I'm a girl. Fantastic crew of guys!

Top notch, excellent, cream of the crop, first-rate... Class A. It's the perfect name, as far as…read moreI'm concerned, because that's what they provided me with - the best service in town. I live in Toronto, but due to limited space in my big city digs, I store my snow tires in my parents garage in Peterborough. When I called the Honda dealership in late November to make an appointment to get my tires changed, I figured it would be a breeze... Since this is not a review of Trent Valley Honda, I will spare you the details, but suffice it to say, they screwed up... big... and I left with the job undone and very little time before I needed to leave to make it back to the city for work on time. Enter Class A. Every other place in town seemed to be frazzled and overrun by people doing just the same as I was and hurrying to get snow tires on at (what we thought was going to be) the last minute. But not Class A. They listened to my situation, put me on a brief hold to check scheduling, and came back to report that, under the circumstances, they had found time to fit me in. When I arrived, they took my car in right on schedule and were done in no time. Staff was amazing, the waiting area was stocked with magazines and had a television screen showing CP24, and I made it to my destination with time to spare. Thanks guys!

I was passing…read morethrough Peterborough with my vehicle and decided to drop in and get an oil change, they pulled up the vehicle's information of my Audi and recommended the appropriate oil for my high performance Audi. Coming from the BIG City Toronto, you would never get this type of white glove service at any automotive repair centre in Toronto. I have a cottage up in Keene and these guys won my business. After this amazing customer service experience, I decided to share this story with my Leadership Team during a conference meeting in Toronto and again in Ottawa, there's customer service and then there's great customer service and this is what Jiffy Lube had provided to me. They bring Customer service to a new level in the Automotive industry. I'm not much for giving reviews but this is extremely important to share with present and future Jiffy Lube Customers. I personally want to thank the Jiffy Lube Crew for getting back on the road. Once again thank you Victor and your staff of technicians. Keep up the Great Customer Service, Mario the Audi customer.
