There is not enough space to write how happy, satisfied, and grateful I am to this Goodyear service location. I was in desperate need to have all four of my tires replaced ASAP for my mother's car....it had been years since she had her tires inspected, and because of the holidays, I wouldn't only be able to do it today because I would have to return to the west coast where I live. I called and spoke to Winter who was AMAZING in ensuring that the tires I needed were there, and then Jeffrey, who made the extra trip to get the tires for the car. They offered me a pick up service so I wouldn't have to drive the car on the slippery roads, and then picked me up a couple of hours later when the car was done. What an amazing team! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! THESE GUYS ARE A RIP OFF!! They charged $21 for a NY inspection sticker to an unknowing RIT student with a car registered in Mass for a NY state inspection when it was not needed and they should have said it wasn't required. They said the car needed $1158.06 for front end work that further investigation determined was not needed at at. They wanted to use AutoZone parts that retail for $174 but were going to add $200 on top of that and bill it at $374.28. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! THESE GUYS ARE A RIP OFF!! read more

Do not go to this place if you are a woman or an older person, they are liars and will try to talk you into things you don't need. They recently told my friend they needed work that did not need to be done to pass inspection. Every member of the team is a liar and cannot be trusted. read more

I dread having work done because it usually takes far longer than I expect and I had a list of things I needed to be done. Jeremy greeted me and set everything up for service. I had made an appointment online, much to my shock there was space same day, but he wanted to make sure he had all the details because the website doesn't transfer over nicely to the shop. Although my inspection isn't due for 2 months, the last few years has taken a month schedule ahead at other places so I figured I better get it done now since I was there and that way they could find anything else potentially wrong and get to it. I was in and out in 2hrs with everything done and no other faults found for inspection. Oil change, replacement of headlight, tire check for leak (repaired because of nail so thankfully no new tire since the set is still in good condition) and checked a couple other small things. Because I sat and waited, I got to see Jeremey's interaction with other customers and he was very helpful and pleasant with them as well. Also, 2 other mechanics that came in to talk to customers (and one that also rung me out at the end) were equally great. Overall, enjoyed the atmosphere especially in a place where you (or I) don't generally like to be as you wait to see what the verdict is. My bill came in significantly under what the worst cases I ran through my mind could be and much faster. There's absolutely no reason I won't be using this shop for everything I can going forward. Jeremey has been there (at least with the company) 18yrs and to get a whole mechanic shop to produce a good vibe like that, is extremely impressive. read more

Came here for a oil change spent 90 dollars for one of their top services and they forgot to fill my windshield fluid and my car stunk like cigarettes and when I called about it the assistant manager said if I'm gonna freak out about something like that don't come back and hung up on me. read more

NEVER come to this Goodyear location. If you have the option to go to any other Goodyear location, do it because this location will screw you over. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Goodyear. I have been a Goodyear customer for years. I made an online reservation for some snow tires for Monday, 12/4. When I got there, they told me they didn't have access to their online system but they took down all of my information and told me they would be able to install the tires on Friday, 12/8. On Friday, I took my car in at 8 a.m., and they told me it would take two hours (the online quote was 45 minutes). So I walked around downtown and got some lunch. When I came back about two and a half hours later, my car was sitting outside the shop with the same tires on. When I walked in to ask what happened, they said they didn't have my tires!! I questioned the guy at the front desk, asking why, if he knew he didn't have my tires when I walked in two hours ago, why make me wait all that time for no reason? He said that the online system did not send the tires and I would need to call the 800 service number. I then asked him if he knew I was coming in and why not have the tires ordered as if I were a walk-in customer and he said that the store does not order the tires. I asked him if the Goodyear store does not order their own tires for walk-in customers and he just kept repeating that he didn't see my reservation because they don't have access to their online system. When i asked again why he didn't call me when he knew he didn't have my tires he said that he " already told me he didn't have access to the online reservation and that he didn't appreciate the attitude and I just need to call the 800 number because obviously theres nothing he can do." basically dismissing me and my very obvious frustration with the situation. I did end up calling the 800 number for a refund because I never want to go back to this location. I felt so disrespected and never had such a difficult time trying to give a business my money! It might have been better if the front desk attendant was nice and apologetic about it but he was dry and condescending the whole time when I was just trying to get an answer to what went wrong and where the miscommunication happened. Instead, I was spoken to like I was an idiot and it was my fault for making an online reservation. read more

Do not take your car to this store. For Christmas my Dad got me a set of tires for Christmas. He lives in Illinois and I live in New York. So he purchased the tires at Goodyear.com and then chose this location to have them put on. I showed up for my appointment time and was told since my address didn't match the billing address that he would have to make a call. He then made the call and told me I would to have my dad call a different number. Now my brother had just passed and his funeral was Saturday. Today my dad was meeting with lawyers to go over all the details. He had to interrupt what he was doing to make that call. When he did he was told the order was all ready placed and there was no reason that he needed to call and the store should have done the work to begin with. Now this turned what should have been a 30 minute appointment into 2 and a half hours of my day to get this done. This in turn prevented me from getting everything else done that I needed to get done. While I was there another person came in demanding a refund for a tire alignment. He said the car was all over the place. He had to stop on his trip at another store to get it done properly. The clerk acted like it was a usual occurrence. Think about that. A tire store can't properly align tires. On the way home on 390 my car vibrated the entire way home. Guess I'll be taking it to a different store to get it fixed. read more

Started hearing a clunking sound coming from the front of my car. Brought it in for a free inspection to make sure nothing was in need of repair. It took about an hour. They couldn't find the source of the noise but I thank them for their time. They were friendly and didn't pressure me into any unnecessary repairs. read more
