Great service! They will always work you in when you have an emergency! The only place I would buy tires from in the Denver area.

We've taken a few different cars to this shop. They're fast, great communication, and do the job…read morewell. We have had a warranty repair for a coolant leak and no questions asked, they fixed the issue at no cost. We've also had them do some exhaust work (cat converter), alternator replacement, water pump, oil changes, diagnostics... we've used them a lot. The only issue I have is their cost for parts. They will do the repair using customer parts, but no warranty if you go that route. If the part fails, that's on you... But, they literally charge 2x retail for the parts they have quoted me when doing repairs. At least that's what I've found when checking on parts they've installed for me. I understand shops need to make a little love on what they install, but they seem high. We all have a choice and I chose to pay them more to do the work so I didn't have to. If you need a reliable shop that does good work, and you don't mind paying a little extra, they're good. Will they recommend stuff for preventive maintenance and try to upsell you? Yes, of course they will, but they've never recommended something to me that I wasn't already expecting. No complaints, I'm just whining about their parts pricing, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

I've been in here multiple times to have my vehicle serviced over the past seven years and I've never really had any complaints. Two weeks ago I came in. I pulled in to the driveway at 8:02 and sat there until 815 when an employee finally arrived. Their hours say open at 8 AM. He took my car into the bay and 20 minutes later came out to tell me that the fleet program was down so he could not do anything to my vehicle. I would need to go somewhere else. This is the closest location to me and the most convenient so I held off for two weeks. I came back in this morning at 8:10. There was one employee there who told me that he could not service my vehicle because he was the only one working and it would be a liability to the company if he was to service my vehicle and no one else was upstairs. I asked how long it would be until someone else came and he said "another dude should be here in about 30 minutes". I have a job to get to and can't wait. As I was backing out, another vehicle came in so I rolled my window down to let her know what was going on and we both left. If you're going to run a business and have operating hours, you need to have people there and ready to service customers otherwise you won't have a business. Sincerely, a non-returning customer.
