Effective and clear communication on exact service being rendered as well as honoring your customer's request for full recipes on parts n services we are paying for. I was quoted just under $600 to replace (4) sensors in my SUV then was told let's start with two first. Upon having vehicle picked up was still charged right under $600 . Upon disputing the charges I requested copies of part receipts for each part purchased as I was quoted through 2 auto stores out of wholesale no more then $90 per part , you do the math k was charged over $330 for two parts plus a separate charge for their tool usage, which I thought was. Part of labor n material obviously not in addition to a cc fee of over $16 that I was not made aware of. I urge customers of considered customers to check your part pricing not just run with what these mechanics quote you as they pay lesser wholesale prices at that, so to be over doubled charged on parts in addition to substantial side fees that most of us oversee.. just be mindful of this type of sneaky unprofessional standards.... Oh n I was never provided my requested receipts of parts in the end I was told " First off, no shop has to show what they paid for parts. I have never worked at a shop that shows customers vendor invoices on what they pay for parts. I'm not sure which shops said they are $90. read more

Very happy I found Right Auto Care. The check engine light came on in my Jeep GC, I took it to another local place that quoted me nearly 4k for a number of different issues. I reached out to dozens of other shops for quotes for the same work. Right was the only one that actually took time to understand more of the issue and provide more appropriate recommendations. Not only did they establish trust early but they were also the lowest quote for the same work (by nearly half). The best part was when the work was done and I came to pick up my car, the original quote has honored to the penny, no attempts to upsell or "discovery" of more "necessary" work. We have been going here for years, but it's recently changed hands. They are nothing like the old Right. They constantly push to upsell you. For a front suspension repair, they quoted far more than Les Schwab. My wife recently had a terrible experience. They lied about the cost of a part (we called the supplier) and tried to upsell to a new battery (AAA said the current one was still in perfect condition). Plus they drive you nuts sending texts telling you your car needs a service when it doesn't. We are finished with them. read more

They forgot to add a new drain plug washer and our oil from the oil change leaked everywhere... They offered to comp the next oil change, however I think they could have compensated us at least a couple. We are left with oil stains in drive way & garage. I've been satisfied with the previous couple of oil changes we have had prior to this,but I think they've lost a customer. I did follow up and got the complimentary oil change, hoping management might actually apologize for the inconvenience I last experienced after going there. Please do not go hear for any service! I went in for a routine oil change and left feeling confident about my cars condition . Days after the oil change my car reeked of oil and I couldn't get rid of the smell. Soon after, oil began leaking all over the engine and in my driveway. The gas cap was off, oil all over the engine, and the dipstick indicated there was no oil. It had all leaked because a service member had either forgotten or neglected the fact to put the cap back on. I had been driving with no oil and with my engine on the verge of blowing up. Luckily I had caught it in time. They gave me a refund and apologized which I appreciated, but one of the workers described the service worker who made the mistake as just "a kid, just like washing dishing in the kitchen". An interesting analogy and unprofessional at best, so please do not come here for basic maintenance. read more

No. No. No. Took my car in for a timing belt and water pump change, and ended up needing other things done as a result of their work. Started off with the timing belt, water pump and radiator ... took it home, and my car was leaking coolant. I had it towed in ... and from there they cracked/broke a cam shaft when fixing the leak. They said it was due to a gasket not being put on correctly. Finally got my car back a week later, took it somewhere else to have it evaluated, all to find out my car is STILL leaking fluid and they jacked it up and didn't seal it right, AGAIN! Yes, their work is guaranteed, and I have a 24k warranty, but I'll be damned if I want them fixing something for the THIRD time. I'll pay someone else! This place is a joke! Took my car there twice to get fixed and they replaced the wrong part both times and charged me for it. I took it to a real mechanic and within 5 mins being there there showed me what was wrong and fixed it correctly. Sad thing is was the owner of Right Auto assured me it was fixed. I was leaving a Jiffy Lube desperate to find a place to change my headlight bulb that apparently was very complicated, being an LED headlight. I stumbled upon this shop and walked in one hour before they closed. They were so courteous and quickly had the correct bulb delivered to them and all said and done - I was out of there in one hour.
