Brought my car in for for an idling problem. They had it for a day and tried selling me 4 spark plugs for 300$ and some kind of another spray job for another $300. I just took the car back and shortly after I had it returned to me, the motor dropped 3 valve seats. read more

Nice guys, great communication, quality work, fair prices. What more could you want? I actually found this place by recommendation from the guy at the auto parts store. He didn't steer me wrong. I especially appreciate that they don't talk down to me or mansplain my truck because I'm a girl. read more

The team at Right Auto Care helped us with our Mitsubishi that needed repairs via an insurance claim. They were so easy to connect and communicate with and kept us abreast of all updates. They even worked to keep our out of pocket cost down and within the amount our insurance covered. Can't speak highly enough about this shop! read more

Effective and clear communication on exact service being rendered as well as honoring your customer's request for full recipes on parts n services we are paying for. I was quoted just under $600 to replace (4) sensors in my SUV then was told let's start with two first. Upon having vehicle picked up was still charged right under $600 . Upon disputing the charges I requested copies of part receipts for each part purchased as I was quoted through 2 auto stores out of wholesale no more then $90 per part , you do the math k was charged over $330 for two parts plus a separate charge for their tool usage, which I thought was. Part of labor n material obviously not in addition to a cc fee of over $16 that I was not made aware of. I urge customers of considered customers to check your part pricing not just run with what these mechanics quote you as they pay lesser wholesale prices at that, so to be over doubled charged on parts in addition to substantial side fees that most of us oversee.. just be mindful of this type of sneaky unprofessional standards.... Oh n I was never provided my requested receipts of parts in the end I was told " First off, no shop has to show what they paid for parts. I have never worked at a shop that shows customers vendor invoices on what they pay for parts. I'm not sure which shops said they are $90. read more

Really happy with the service, communication and work they did on my Sorrento. We have used them before and they have become a trustworthy source of repair. Sean and Ryan were very helpful each time I dealt with them. Highly recommend! read more

Very happy I found Right Auto Care. The check engine light came on in my Jeep GC, I took it to another local place that quoted me nearly 4k for a number of different issues. I reached out to dozens of other shops for quotes for the same work. Right was the only one that actually took time to understand more of the issue and provide more appropriate recommendations. Not only did they establish trust early but they were also the lowest quote for the same work (by nearly half). The best part was when the work was done and I came to pick up my car, the original quote has honored to the penny, no attempts to upsell or "discovery" of more "necessary" work. The car rides much better now and Right saved me a significant amount of money. read more

Met Right Auto Care when needing a pre-sale inspection done on a used car. Immediately felt an honest, straightforward approach from Sean. Pre-sale inspection came at very fair cost. Have since taken that car to them for regular service and have always felt consulted fairly and informed, not pressured. Services commonly performed by Ryan. Compared to auto repair estimator sites, they seem to be priced in the bottom to middle third on all services I've had performed. I live over 30 minutes away from them so I go out of my way to utilize their services. read more

What can I say about this business that you shouldn't already know. Top notch customer service and honest!! The most honest place I have ever taken my cars to. They do not price gouge and they offer alternative options. Nothing but the best! Will never take my car anywhere else! The new owner is amazing! read more

Jeremy was knowledgeable and informative. He was a straight shooter. My intuition said trust him. Glad I did. read more

Right Auto Care has a new owner and new management, and they are both very consumer oriented! I've been to Right Auto for problems with my Acura twice in the last few months. They are very consumer oriented and are very helpful and informative in diagnosing problems. Go see the new owner, Ryan, and let him and his staff get you back on the road with a safe car. read more

I needed new rear shocks on my Kia. They delivered just what I requested at half the price of some other Parker service centers. They have provided quick accurate diagnosis for me on a couple of items at no charge. I would highly recommend them read more

We have been going here for years, but it's recently changed hands. They are nothing like the old Right. They constantly push to upsell you. For a front suspension repair, they quoted far more than Les Schwab. My wife recently had a terrible experience. They lied about the cost of a part (we called the supplier) and tried to upsell to a new battery (AAA said the current one was still in perfect condition). Plus they drive you nuts sending texts telling you your car needs a service when it doesn't. We are finished with them. read more

They forgot to add a new drain plug washer and our oil from the oil change leaked everywhere... They offered to comp the next oil change, however I think they could have compensated us at least a couple. We are left with oil stains in drive way & garage. I've been satisfied with the previous couple of oil changes we have had prior to this, but I think they've lost a customer. I did follow up and got the complimentary oil change, hoping management might actually apologize for the inconvenience I last experienced after going there. However, instead I was met with a sarcastic remark about changing my yelp review. Confirmed my initial review. Unfortunate, because I'd rather support a small business. Customer service is crucial... read more

Please do not go hear for any service! I went in for a routine oil change and left feeling confident about my cars condition . Days after the oil change my car reeked of oil and I couldn't get rid of the smell. Soon after, oil began leaking all over the engine and in my driveway. The gas cap was off, oil all over the engine, and the dipstick indicated there was no oil. It had all leaked because a service member had either forgotten or neglected the fact to put the cap back on. I had been driving with no oil and with my engine on the verge of blowing up. Luckily I had caught it in time. They gave me a refund and apologized which I appreciated, but one of the workers described the service worker who made the mistake as just "a kid, just like washing dishing in the kitchen". An interesting analogy and unprofessional at best, so please do not come here for basic maintenance. read more

These guys hooked me up, fast, fair, quality work. I was really impressed. My 2004 Toyota Sequoia is running like new!

No. No. No. Took my car in for a timing belt and water pump change, and ended up needing other things done as a result of their work. Started off with the timing belt, water pump and radiator ... took it home, and my car was leaking coolant. I had it towed in ... and from there they cracked/broke a cam shaft when fixing the leak. They said it was due to a gasket not being put on correctly. Finally got my car back a week later, took it somewhere else to have it evaluated, all to find out my car is STILL leaking fluid and they jacked it up and didn't seal it right, AGAIN! Yes, their work is guaranteed, and I have a 24k warranty, but I'll be damned if I want them fixing something for the THIRD time. I'll pay someone else! I refuse to even look at their building at this point read more

Superb service! I looked around for a good priced, honest and reliable shop for my cadillac and found it! Jeremy and his crew are top notch. I dropped my car off in the morning and they had it done the same day! Jeremy even included a $75.00 coupon! It's reassuring to know that there's still honest legit car shops in town! Thanks again for keeping my Caddy running smooth!! read more

This place is a joke! Took my car there twice to get fixed and they replaced the wrong part both times and charged me for it. I took it to a real mechanic and within 5 mins being there there showed me what was wrong and fixed it correctly. Sad thing is was the owner of Right Auto assured me it was fixed. Do not go there if you don't want to get scammed by a bunch of guys who know nothing about cars. I honestly think they rip you off to use the money for their money pit hot rods.. read more

Great and reliable mechanic! Have used several mechanics in previous years but finally found an honest and knowledgeable mechanic. Jeremy is very professional in dealing with his clients and communicates clearly when it comes to any issues. Had some minor issues with my SUV recently and wanted to make sure there were not serious issues going on. He thoroughly checked vehicle and only does whats needed for vehicle so doesn't try to take advantage with bogus repairs. Great coupons on how s website as well. Highly recommend. read more

3 stars because they did, im assuming, a good oil change, and that's me being generous. I walk in, and the boss doesn't great me or anything. He's gives off a rude vibe and his communication skills are horrible and expects me to know how my car is when he should tell me the status on his own. Never coming here again. read more

I was leaving a Jiffy Lube desperate to find a place to change my headlight bulb that apparently was very complicated, being an LED headlight. I stumbled upon this shop and walked in one hour before they closed. They were so courteous and quickly had the correct bulb delivered to them and all said and done - I was out of there in one hour. I was even able to get an Uber full inspection done! They are very knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend these guys. Very competitive prices too. read more
