Update to 11/18/25 review. Star increased to 2 stars only because I didn't want to provide another 1 star, some improvement, and I couldn't update within my original. Resolution hopeful and pending after being contacted by area management-he was wonderful. Sadly after hours of another day (3) wasted, filled with needless stress, run around and no help at the store. My attitude toward Firestone has improved greatly as I am the getting care and concern expected regarding my situation from management outside of the store. Had car towed there on Saturday. Had to rent a car. Despite calls, they didn't look at the car until Thursday. Found bad battery. Finally got it replaced on Friday. Other than high prices, they replaced the battery. My complaint is the delay in getting it serviced. Cost me over $150 rental cost for the delay in working on it. read more

I would like to warn others so you are not taken advantage of this Firestone Shop located on Parker Rd. I have had bad experiences with this shop every since Bill left this location, but I have a credit card with them with free financing. Had my vehicle towed into them. I have taken very good care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee, but it did have high mileage. It was actually used as a second vehicle for our family. I talked with Jimmy and told him that the "Check Engine" light came on. I also told him that if this was major, I probably wouldn't fix the vehicle. After Jimmy got back to me, he told me the codes that came up. In the codes included transmission codes. He told me that his company does not perform transmission issues, but he felt these "other" issues would probably fix the vehicle. He felt sure it was not the transmission. Long story even longer. After $2K in labor and "fixes", he called and said the vehicle was ready. I told him....Is it fixed....and he responded, "Yes". I was so excited and dropped my son off to drive it home and I continued to my work. My son turned right on Parker Rd at 4:45 p.m. (if you're getting my pun on rush hour in Parker), and the vehicle died, with even more lights....check engine, service 4 x 4. He was able to putter into a parking lot and park the vehicle. I immediately called Firestone and talked with Jimmy. I told him that the vehicle died upon an immediate right out of your business and his response was....."Oh, bummer". That was it! I asked him if they had test drove the vehicle after the service and his reply was yes and our technician said it ran beautifully. I told him that there was no way that vehicle had been test driven. I hung up the phone, more worried about my son stuck in a horrible situation. The next day, I called and requested to talk to Jimmy and surprise....he was away on vacation. I then proceed to talk to Collin, who was familiar with my situation. Collin told me he heard Jimmy tell me, "oh, bummer" and agreed that was very unprofessional. Collin did say that I can bring the vehicle back and they will test their work but admitted the technician who perform the test drive, did say that there was major transmission problems. Hummmm, wonder why I was not told that. Not even on the paperwork. But, he gladly charged my credit card $2,012.00 I sold my precious Jeep to a salvage yard for $1,900.00. Didn't even cover my experience with Firestone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. read more

They're open early! Most car/tire shops aren't open until 8 but because Firestone was open at 7, I was able to get a quick tire patch immediately. The team was fast and polite. Will definitely be coming here for my tire work in the future. read more

After waiting hours on Monday the wrong part was brought over. Then was told to come back the next day so I'm not waiting all day, to turn around and wait an hour before my car was even pulled in to get started. What was told would be an hour to get the part replaced has turned into almost 3 hours of waiting. Will definitely take my car else where. read more

We've been going to them for a decade and in every state we moved to as a military family. However their service has gone downhill in the last few years. Someone left the oil cap off after an oil change and there was oil all over the engine and under the hood. I had an incident with my alternator where it died and they said it was the battery and they said they ran a test to see if it was the alternator but it wasn't. I got stranded with a dead vehicle late at night as a result! I feel like they're not being honest esp to a female who knows nothing about vehicles. I found another business to go to for car maintenance after that incident. read more

We had a low tire on a 2 year old car that my husband took here for repair. A couple of weeks later my son and I were driving in the mtns and I noticed there seemed to be more road noise than usual. But I chalked it up to the road grates. Coming off a pass, it seemed as tho the wind was really blowing. Suddenly, I was losing control of the car. Frantically I found a place to pull over, not easy as we had just had a ton of snow and I was on 285, a 2 lane hwy. As I turned onto a gravel road the tire came flying off the car and into traffic. It is truly a miracle no one was killed. If it had come off just seconds before we would have gone off the side of the mtn. When my husband took the car back to them and told them what happened all they said was "Well if the lug nuts aren't on tight that will happen, but it usually happens within 100 miles". Are you kidding me? So one of your employees obviously didn't put the tire on properly, almost killing me and my son but this is all you have to say? They obviously don't take any pride or responsibility in the work they do, and the work they do affects your family's safety. I feel a responsibility to let people know. Had my brakes replaced here one month ago because they were due to be replaced and heard it was cheaper to get them replaced outside a brand-specific dealership. First issue is they took forever to look at my car. What's the point of scheduling an early morning appointment if you're not even gonna look at the car until I return 2-3 hours later to ask you the status? Then, once I begin driving the car on the highway the whole thing shakes violently and even worse when braking. I take the car back to them to see what the issue is. They take forever to look at it and I'm not sure if they even would've called me if I didn't call them an hour before they closed (again had an early morning appointment). Then they tell me that it's shaking because I used excessive braking for the first 600 miles of having the car. Makes NO sense. Because it NEVER did that before THEY worked on it. They offer to replace the brakes, but say it's not covered under warranty because the cause was attributed to me. Then they say even if they replace the brakes they can't guarantee it won't begin shaking again. What horse shit! I just took it to the actual brand dealership of the car to get it serviced who said that Firestone on Parker Rd did an "UNACCEPTABLE" job at replacing my brakes and that they recommended I go back to let them know about it and get the problem rectified. Went back to Firestone to tell them what the dealership service department said and they, again, blame it on me. So that's over $1000 I'm out of because of Firestone's incompetence. I will never take my car to another Firestone. Take some damn accountability! read more

I had 2 flat tires and so had to get my car towed to Firestone on Sunday. Thankfully they were open! Well, they quickly diagnosed the problem. Nothing wrong with the tires. Though 6 years old, they were in good shape. Unfortunately, the metal stems that hold the air in had corroded and fallen off. Only that needed replacement. Quick fix. I was thrilled. (Jimmy had taken me to the bay to show me exactly what the problem was. It was great till then) Then we went into the front office and he proceeded to ask about rotating the tires for $120 or something, lifetime service, and then went on to say that this vehicle should not be on the road, it's leaking coolant, it's below the minimum, it could blow up, it should stay overnight and the master technician (who's only available on weekdays) needs to run a full diagnostics which will take a whole day and then, depending on the issues, could take a few days to fix. This is all continuing even after I told him I've already had it checked out twice and it seems to be a sensor issue. He made it seem like my mechanics are giving me wrong info and putting me in danger. I told him I totally trust my mechanics - Platinum Auto Service - and will have them look at it again. I just need my tires fixed. He then made me sit there for 2 hours (?!!!) just to replace the stems (which he initially said was an easy quick fix!) Terrible how these guys play on your fears. I'm not gonna lie. He totally freaked me out and I was scared to have them even touch my car. I was scared to drive my after. Meanwhile, several customers walked out of there (and he was quoting others on the phone) each with bills over (or close to) $1000! I wonder how many of those are legit. Beware of this place! The next morning, I went straight to Platinum Auto and had them check it out again. They noticed a small leak and replaced the clamp for me and topped off the coolant, no charge. 30 mins, in and out, as usual. And most importantly, I didn't have to be scared of driving my own car! read more

Brought my truck in for installation of pre-purchased tires. Had an appointment for 3:00. They didn't get the truck in for 45 minutes. It's been 3 hours now and they still haven't completed the job. I understand tires take some time because I used to do this job, but 3+ hours is insane. I don't know if the kid doing the tires is just unmotivated or took a break half way through, but I doubt I'll be back. read more

Took my cars here for the last 15 years and they've done a good job. Then, someone made a mistake and put a part back on wrong during an oil change which caused our 2014 engine to overflow with oil and leak. It was under warranty with the dealer so they picked it up and found the problem. When I called the manager to find out what to do, he yelled at me and hung up on me. When I called the home office I was given a claim specialist- Jennifer N - who said she would take care of it and she never did- this was on 12/10. I've tried to call her boss- David Verde and he won't return my calls either. I've also talked to several other customer service people all resulted in nothing. All I want is to be reimbursed. They are fine as long as there is not a problem. Guess I need to call a lawyer. read more

This Firestone has the best lead mechanic I've ever had service my car. His name is Chad and he has been with Firestone for years. He keeps up with all the Tech bulletins and just has superior knowledge about how today's cars work. I've had several difficult issues that the dealer could not, or would not address including electrical, steering column, frozen wheel lugs, A/C, tuning, low oil pressure, transmission over-shifting and unusual sounds coming from the engine. The dealer's preferred option is replacement (costly), Chad's is repair. Chad has been able to diagnose these issues and provide me with alternative solutions, that have saved lots of money. Also, this store has a new manager - Troy, who has been an assistant there quite awhile and is now getting his chance to manage his own store. He has found parts for my cars at excellent prices several times including wheels, as well as engine parts. He looks at tire options that match my needs and then works them until he can get a good price. He gets me scheduled so I minimize my downtime. Recently, he stayed an hour after the store closed, just so I could pick up my son's car needed for an trip out of state the next morning. I would not take my cars, or my families cars anywhere else. read more

First and last purchase at this Firestone for sure. Read the negative reviews and figured I would give them them a shot since it was a simple purchase of 4 tires. Nothing mechanical.. BIG MISTAKE!!!! When I first called the store mid morning they did not have all 4 tires. They only had 2 in the store. Said they would call us when they had all 4 tires. They called around 2PM to tell us that we could keep our 3PM appointment. Had the tires we wanted now. Got there early and it is now 5:25 PM my tires are still not on my vehicle. And bonus the four tires they were supposed to have weren't even the right tires for my Jeep. Might want to check your web page. The tires they list for a 2005 Jeep are wrong. So, bonus I get to wait another hour while they try to find the right tires. And all the while someone is trying to up-sell on stuff for my vehicle I don't want. I am a mechanic myself.. REALLY???? I will Never buy anything from this store again or recommend that anybody else purchase anything from this store. There is truly no excuse for this type of total incompetence. I have avoided going here, as they always want to replace calipers, or wheel bearings! Now my daughter went in for a tire rotation and mysteriously two studs stripped and one broke. T some years ago i bought the lifetime alignment from them and they NEVER could find that I had it when i went in for an alignment, so I had to search my file to show them a receipt! This place will find anything to run up a bill. Avoid this Firestone, they will rip you off... You've been warned. read more

Was told it was best to schedule an appointment as I would be in and out in an hour. Well I show up early for my 1 pm appointment and was told it would take at least 3 hours, they were short techs. Or I could reschedule for tomorrow, really. No Einstein at this location thought it was worth calling the scheduled customers to let them know. I know I love wasting my time driving over to a run down tire store to chat with blue color workers who don't give a dam. These jerks aren't helpful at all. Don't go to this Firestone location at all. I needed a new battery for my car and so before going, I went onto the Firestone website and got a quote for the Interstate Mega Tron II battery, and it specifically says online "print quote to get this special pricing on your in-store purchase" and so the price came out to 99.99. First of all, they didn't call me back to confirm that they ordered the battery, so I called them today, and they did not get it, and they refused to give me the $99 price. It specifically says on the Firestone website that this discount is valid. The fact that they did not contact me to confirm that they ordered the battery is absolutely unacceptable. I needed this battery ASAP because my battery is hardly able to start my truck right now and this is my only form of transportation, so this matter is extremely crucial. Absolutely horrible to run your shop this way, and to not comply with the corporations policies. What is the point of that? You better get your act together because I've already contacted corporate about this issue and it's about to go down. EDIT: I have been successfully accommodated and came to pick up my battery. I'd like to thank Jason for being so helpful and friendly--he is NOT a jerk. Not sure about the other guys that I was dealing with previously. Jason was fantastic. read more

I use the coupons off of the back of my King Soopers receipt to go get my oil changed here. I used to go to walmart for my oil change but then I noticed that my car oil button would go down like a week afterward made me weary. But here they are all professional and my car seems to go better after I get my oil changed here. And all for the same price I would have paid for at the wally-mart. I like this Firestone cause while I wait for my car to get done I can go next door to the bakery and sit in their grassy area reading a book. If you don't like the outside then they have a sit in lounge area with a kids table. You usually have to make an appointment but hey. I will go back here to get my oil changed but sorry only if I have a coupon. read more

Extremely poor customer service and warranty on their products. Had a tire that experienced complete tread separation. Took it in and showed the manager, Dean Grigsby. He would not warranty the tire saying it was too old and they don't warranty. Never had good experience with Firestone and this proved it again. My family has been coming here for years and the quality, service, and prices are the best in town. I don't even live in Colorado anymore, but if my car needs work I try to get it done here when I'm in town. Recently I got my oil changed and they treated me great and got the job done right away. Also, another mechanic had told me recently that i needed new brakes, a brake flush and coolant flush. Firestone gave me a free brake inspection, told me that my brakes still had "life left in them" and that the brake flush didn't need to be done right away. Got my oil changed, they didn't put my filter on correct and oil leaked all over my driveway and garage. Went back to get it fixed and they were unbelievably rude. They agreed the filter was put on incorrectly but denied they did it, then proceeded to charge me for their error and had the nerve to tell me I needed to come back to get my oil changed. Don't use them!! I've been using this Firestone for oil changes the past 9 years. In the last year, their prices have gone from $38 to $45 to $55 and today $58. When done and paid for, I found dripping oil under my truck and a still empty window washer reservoir. They explained the oil leak is just oil residue from the oil change and not to worry about it. And topping off of the windshield fluid is only included with their 21-point courtesy check, which now costs an extra $20. Thought it was strange I was their only customer the first hour and a half on a Saturday morning. They've lost my business for good. read more

I came here for the first time, and I was very pleased with the service. I just came for an oil change, and I liked that there are places very close to walk to while you're waiting. I went next-door to have some lunch. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, and gave me printed information about what the manufacturer recommends for my mileage. I scheduled an appointment in advance to have new tires installed on my car. This is usually a 30-40 min procedure. It was over an hour before my car even went into the bay and another hour and a half before it was done. When I asked why it was taking so long, the guy at the counter told me they were backed up. Having watched the workers playing around through the waiting room window for the last 2 and half hours, I understood why. When I finally got my car back, the steering wheel was shaking from side to side because they did not put the tires on properly and I had to go back immediately. They did give me a $25 discount, which was appreciated but does not give back my afternoon. I suggest that you give your business to a different tire store. read more
