Hi. We're from Texas traveling to Minneapolis. Had a flat between in Iowa Decatur and Oseola. The tire could not be repaired. Could not locate a tire anywhere. Finally after many calls, this Firestone had what we needed. Matt who answered the phone was wonderful. Everyone there was super nice! Thank you for all you did. Wound up replacing all four tires thinking maybe one or more might be defective as well and we needed to turn around and get home. A BIG Texas Thank you for everything they did to accommodate us! I went online and found the tires I wanted. 235 65 17 pretty common size I chose the best tire for me and reserved my appointment that they had available. received a phone call telling me they did not have the staff or the tires in stock. I asked if they had any 235 65 17 tires in stock and was told no. why would a tire shop not have any tires in that size is shocking. i would go to Wal Mart before I would go to Firestone again. read more

I dropped my car off at 8:20 AM for replacement tires, brakes, rotors, brake fluid flush, transmission flush, and oil change. When I picked up my car and paid for the repairs I noticed a perfect receipt from a local Walgreens where someone reloaded their cash card. Not even 15 min after I dropped my car off. There is no reason for them to take my car for a ride for personal errands on work time. There is also no reason to take my car for a drive before my repair because it was very clear what needed to be done. I reported it as an incident two weeks ago and have yet to hear back. This is not only unprofessional, it is unethical and I'm sure a violation of employee policy. I'm still waiting on the district manager to email. I'm Not holding my breath. My dad & I took our 2009 Mercury Milan to Firestone on Euclid on June 13th, 2016. Mom & dad heard an unusually sound under the left front tire & squeaking when they turned. My mom described it to them 'as old lady in pain, it growls & it moans.' Two thousand dollars & four trips later since they held the warranty for the 'work performed' still we heard the sound. The mechanics were kind, but said they didn't hear the sound. (?!) We then drove to Vegas thinking the whole time, 'Let's take our time getting there.' Mainly because we felt the car tire was going to fall off. Now, we have scheduled our fifth appointment with the Henderson, Nevada location because the car has gotten worse! The same sound as before, but the car NEVER sounded like that before. What did they fix? My experience with cars is that you should NEVER have to take a car back for the SAME mechanical issue 4 times ever. I feel like they took advantage of my elderly parents or really have no clue what they are doing. After these experiences, it's my honest opinion that the owner of Firestone Complete Car Care should do an 'Undercover Boss' review of what the hell is really going on there. UPDATE: Yelp removed this honest opinion of mine. I thought I made it clear by the statements of 'we' but guess I had to add 'and I'. 'We' were unsatisfied, however if you read my Henderson, Nevada Firestone update, which is the end resolution of this review, you will see that the Firestone charged the Iowa Firestone w/ the bill that paid for our expenses. This review is important because even Clarissa the receptionist at the Henderson location said, 'never take your car to that Firestone again.' The East Euclid Firestone knew that we were planning to drive over 20 hours, but instead of taking their time & truly finding the problem, they fixed 'guesses'. What they thought may be the problem. Never really getting down to the problem. No one deserves the treatment that we got especially in the perspective of mine which is seeing your parents aggravated. WE went 5 times. I had my 2003 Trail Blazer brought here because it wouldn't start, it sounded like my battery was dead, but that wasn't the issue. Called firestone in the morning told them my issue, the nice gentlemen told me to bring it in, so I had it towed there. Got a call mid morning telling me my issue. I don't remember what it was, but it was keeping my truck from starting, I told them to go rite on ahead & fix it. My mom & I went ran some errands, got a bite to eat, & got a call stating my truck is ready! Ughhh, soooo happy to hear them words "your truck is fixed, running & ready to go"!!!! I'm happy with firestone, they've done an awsome job! I recommend these guys to anyone who has car issues. read more

These guys were absolute life savers! We were heading back to Chicago from our trip to New Mexico, when we noticed a slow leak in one of the tires the night before our departure, so I called Firestone early Friday (Good Friday, nonetheless), and a young man answered the phone at 6:45 AM, even though they didn't open until 7:00 AM. We arrived about 7:15 AM, and although they had quite a few cars in the garage, they got us right in, noticed a nail in the tread, fixed the tire, performed an inspection, and we were on our way in about 30 minutes. Took my wife's car in for excessive road noise. Told me it needed $2,400 in repairs. Got a second opinion and half the work they said was necessary wasnt. Got 2 new tires and brakes for 1/4 the price and now drives like a dream. These people are a bunch of crooks! I came in for a New alternator and new battery which they charged me $600 for. It's been 3 weeks and my battery light is on again! They just tested the "new" battery they installed and now its testing "bad"! WTH?! Every person that's come in today are coming in due to work previously done here that isn't right. This place is awesome!!! I made an appointment to have my tires replaced with new ones. Sadly, they only had two in the brand and size I wanted (most inexpensive), so I had to prioritize changing out my fronts because one tire was punctured. The employee helping me wasn't aware of my situation, and advised me to change out my rears instead because they were completely worn out and bald which was a potential safety hazard. I explained my reason for requesting the fronts to be replaced out and the guy helping me, Mr. Signs, knowing my predicament, asked if he could patch the front tire for free, fix the air valve on the other front tire for free, all so he could replace the rears because he was concerned for my safety. Went in to get a quote on getting my headlight fixed. They quoted me $175 and said it would take an hour and a half to fix it. I went to O"Reilleys and they put in a new lamp for $15. In two minutes. Screw out the old light, screw in the new one. Shame on you, Firestone. read more

My vehicle was hit on icing day my mechanic shop replace part then they reference me to firestone at E Euclid for alignment they didn't test drive after finished I took home late that night one snow day I drove only 30 mph didn't notice it pull at Monday I drove on highway inner lane if keep pull to left I I call my referral shop they set up till Saturday after car finish second times in 10 day they want to charge again they blame I replaced new part but that part was new before they alignments first time,the main shop manager call my referral guy not good he try to explain the part been done before but they didn't listen this place not do alignment good job, my friends did alignment with them going still pull too read more

I had them replace 4 brand new tires on my sister car. She keep complaining that there is big noise from the wheel and wants me to check it out. Guess what, there are 2 lug nuts are missing, I brought the car back in 2 weeks later to complain about that and the safety issue that my sister has been facing, John said, " The lug nuts was missed before I brought the car in, and it is no a safety issue, the wheel didnt fall off, i will put 2 lug nuts for free for you, what else you want me to do? " then i asked, who is your manager?. he said "you are talking to a Manager, and if you wanna talk to owner, he is in Japan."....I always bring my car here because i want to support the local business, but i guess this is the very last time i will visit them again..... read more
