Terrible place , came for an alignment and I basically got bamboozled by ther worker RAMON without knowing . My alignment was off by 2 degreesafter they did it. so when I checked on the cars computer it wasn't even calibrated right. At 0 degrees, the car would turn to left slightly when driving. So whatever alignment they gave me on the paper was wrong and wasn't correct . It was a very rough alignment and it only took 20 minutes. Should've known better than to come here. Not even gonna try to come and get it fixed here just so they can f*** it up worse . In addition , guess what they did ? They tilted my steering wheel on the measurement to make it look like it was misaligned when in reality it was perfect before hand, but it was my fault and I told the guy I had recently hit a small bump and wanted to do alignment . Well he took advantage of that and tilted my steering wheel to make it look like it was worse than really was . Honestly my alignment was perfect before coming here . But i love my car so much I couldn't wait to get an alignment done at Subaru so I can here . Well big mistake . Literally it's like they just positioned the wheel to look straight at a glance and we're like "yup" looks straight enough ! They even put "sensor calibration". Didn't know sensors are off by 3 degrees when you calibrate them . Lol. Also, my car smelled like oil inside and coolant . Really hope they didn't get my seats dirty , but they're black so I can't really tell. Parking lot is super small and they park the cars super close to each other . Saw a worker open a clients door and hit another car with the door . Do not come here if you care about your car . The alignment they do is very crappy, but then again it's a chain where people there have been there for about 2 weeks probably lol. TO Be specific , RAMON was the one ringing me out and bascially f***** me over . I'm so stupid for thinking a Firestone place could take care of my car well . Don't believe me ? Look at the alignment I had days before coming , and then the measurement they took after I hit a small bump . By the measurement they gave me , my wheels should've been twisting and turning and squealing from how bad the toe was . Well , that wasn't the case and my car was perfectly fine before , but I was just stupid enough to think these guys could look at my car for me . My right rear tire kept giving me issues. I called this establishment right when they opened. Although they were booked they told me that I could drop car off as early as possible. They ended up patching up tire and I was able to get my car back within 4 hours despite me being a walk in customer and not having an appointment. My appointment was for 9am but they didn't even take a look at my car until after 1030am. Stay away from this facility at all cost. Went to get my breaks done. Took literally the entire day (9am - 5pm). Finally picked up my car just to realize on the drive home that the job was done incorrectly. Had to take it back the next day. Wait another 2 hours there (only because I refused to leave it there the whole day again, which was they quoted me on how long again it would take). Here's the best part; they still didn't do the job correctly! Had to take it somewhere else and pay more money for another shop to finish the job. Zero stars if I could. Unbelievable. read more

I have been waiting nearly a month to see if Firestone would call me to discuss but since they won't, I'll bring my complaint where others can see it. I brought my work vehicle in for its regular service - with this my company pays directly and they are expected to complete a list of items based. The first on the list was an oil change, but this list also included checking fluids, checking tire pressure and do a rotation, etc. When checking in I told them specifically my tire pressure had been low and I was out of wiper fluid. To please specifically take care of these items. They assured me it would be taken care of and I would receive a call when my vehicle was ready for pickup. This call never came. Six hours late I finally called them to an "uh yeah. It's ready". So I went over and asked as I checked out that everything I asked about was resolved and I was shown a receipt that included the tire rotation, the oil change, resolved tire pressure and fluid added in wiper fluid. This was ALL billed to my company. When I hopped in my car all of my tires were still low pressure and my wiper fluid was NOT filled. They literally billed my company for a number of items without actually doing them. THIS IS STEALING MONEY. I returned to the shop livid. The man working asked me to step outside (I'm assuming so other customers wouldn't know the scam they were pulling). He brought my car back in, filled the tires and fluid - but did not do a rotation on my tires. He then assured Ramon would call me when he returned from time off (the date he gave me was 1/4 - today is 1/23 and I have yet to hear from them. These people are shady and they are thieves. Less than a year ago I purchased Life Time warranty on my wheel alignment for $200 at this location. Took it in a few months later to the same shop and the manager said he "couldn't find me in their system". Took it to the second nearest and they found it in less than 2 min. Called on 2/1/19 to have a battery ordered as they didn't have "in stock". Said the battery would be here on Monday 2/4/19 and would receive a call when it arrived. On 2/6/19 I called to see if the battery came and why I didn't receive a curtsey update. Was told the supplier is going to ship the battery overnight. Well, it is 2/8/19 and I didn't hear from them yesterday. Is this a joke to you? Won't get any future business from myself and will make sure to share with others my experience. I understand there's Karen's & picky people in the city but I personally just had a good experience with them. I went in there because my tire was low on air & I usually let my husband take care of all the car work so I went in here STRESSED with a baby in my arms not knowing what to expect. The manager or person in the front (I'm assuming is the manager) was very kind and helped me out. I could've gotten a rude response because people out here in the city have 0 patience (I grew up in the suburbs) but instead they were very nice about it & i appreciate their compassion to help me out. Horrible Service, they took 1 Hour and 35 minutes to do a simple oil change, and that what made things worse, is that I had made an appointment days in advance to have my oil changed. I phoned their service center in advance and they told me my appointment was good and that they were running on time. Also, they are they most expensive oil change around, others have coupons on the internet for as low as $15 as this time. Ok so they had a special on brakes so I took advantage and got my baby brakes. They found that my back brake light and two tail light where burnt oyt. So I said ok ill pay for everything now and I left my car their, to call me when everything was done. I pick up my car and the guy told me straight out he fixed all the lights. Took my car in for a tire repair, rotation and balancing. My exhaust was getting a little loud so I asked them to take a look at it and let me know how much it would cost the stop the exhaust noise. Got a call from them saying my tire balancing & rotation was done. When I picked up my car I was told the exhaust noise was a hole in my catalytic converter and the cost to replace it would be $2400. I took my car to another repair shop for a second opinion and all that was wrong was an exhaust pipe that had a hole rotted in it and was replaced for $140 dollars. I will never take my car to a Firestone dealer again. I found out the managers of these Firestone shops get a commission on whatever they sell, so the higher the bill, the more money into their pockets. Took my vehicle in for all new tires, a new battery and window wipers. Cost around 860 bucks. Soon as I got the car home I noticed the start up was very bad, and the car was running rough. Next thing I know it literally sounds like the car is going to blow up. Had my 2 guy friends look at it and they said it's either the intake manifold gasket or the Catalytic Converter. I have never had this problem with my vehicle until after I brought my car into firestone. Prior to this last summer, went in for a oil change, then my air conditioner stops working. I feel like this place is a scam, and they don't know what they are doing and purposely mess things up to try and get more money out of you. Needless to say, I'm going there today to confront everyone about why my car is in worse condition then it was when I first brought it in. CAUTION! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE "SERVICED! I was having trouble starting my car, but it did start after 10 minutes of trying. I took it to Firestone and Ramon told me I needed a new starter. I brought my car home at 5:15 pm. About 1 hour later, the service manager called me and told me "You have to come right now. the technician just remembered he did not torque a bolt. I asked if I can come in on Monday. "NO! You have to come in right now." I drove back to Firestone and the technician did what he should have done in the first place! I got back in to my car, and it would not start! Ramon told me that I must have gotten a defective starter and they would replace it. This was on Saturday 3/17/18. I left my car there. On Monday afternoon I called about my car. Now I needed several new parts. KEPT MY CAR FOR 6 ENTIRE DAYS!!!. Spent a total of $990.00. Brought my car home, happy that they "fixed" it. I began driving it around and AGAIN! my car would not start. This time I had to tow it in. I invested a lot of money in this car, so I went back to them. Their mission statement hanging on the wall says something like they will keep fixing the car till they get it right. Now my car is back in the shop. Now I need all these other parts which cost me $229.00. KEPT MY CAR FOR 5 DAYS!!! I went to pick it up and IT WOULD NOT START AGAIN. The technician come over and he could not start it, so he opened the hood and told me that "When the car won't start just wiggle these wire around." $1,219.00 and the car was not fixed. The people who work here are a bunch of BRAIN-DEAD MONKEYS!!!!. I took my car to Marios on 47th street. He fixed the problem in 2 hours and charged me $137.00 to do it. They do not know what they are doing! They just kept guessing and put in all these unnecessary parts. I think they took advantage of me because I'm a 66 year old widow. I am writing a letter to their corporate office in Nashville TN with the hopes they will shut this Monkey House down. read more

I had a horrible experience here. I took my car in to get my tire repaired. I had a screw stuck in the tire. I was told that it would cost arpund $27 and take 4 hours so I left my vehicle. After 4 hours, I called and they told me it would be another half hour. An hour later I got a call from them telling me that they would not repair my tire. The screw was in the tread, about an inch and a half from the sidewall. Totally repairable. The guy said that their policy is to not repair it because it was too close to the sidewall. He also said that if I take it somewhere else they would probably repair it. This is a scam to sell more tires obviously. He said it wasn't safe so they wouldn't repair it. I took my car down the street and they fixed the tire in 10 minutes and it cost me $15. The tire has been working great ever since. I was shocked that they kept my car for 5 hours and didn't ever repair it! I will NEVER come back to this place! read more
