Regardless,you have to leave your car with them and there's no waiting room and a sign on the door saying NO WAITING. I arrived today for my 9 AM appointment and waited 10 minutes while the two technicians argued in the bay. Had to go ask twice to at least address the two customers (including me) that were waiting for them. To top it off they wanted $169 just to diagnose the problem with my trunk, when I already told them it's the power lift gate struts. From there could really only be a couple things and a full $169 diagnostic fee is ridiculous. Seems like they don't care about their customers anymore.
