Robert arrived shortly after noon, and evaluated the situation, offered what he could do and told me a price right then and there. I said great and he started right away, half way through the realized they didn't have all the parts necessary so they had to run to the fire sprinkler supply but that didn't take more than 15 mins. We had a leak on one of our fire sprinklers and Robert came to our rescue. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He fixed the leaky sprinkler head within an hour or so. The tech (Nick) who came to my house was very friendly and polite. He showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I would have given the company a 4 or 5 star rating but I was not happy with the amount I paid for the added work that was performed. I was initially quoted a price of $875 to replace the seven sprinkler heads in my fire sprinkler system. However, upon further inspection, the tech said that he would need to cut out a portion of the ceiling in order to remove and replace each head and that the cost would be $100 per head. This was in addition to the initial quote of $875. In all fairness, I could have stopped the job right then and looked into hiring another company that could perform the work for less. However, I felt it would be best to proceed with the job as one of the sprinkler heads had been leaking. I recommend FirePro Tech if you are not too concerned about price. read more
