Olive beef, beef belly rib, la galbi
Andrew C.

This is the new go to spot in DFW for AYCE kbbq. It's located in the new Hmart plaza, which means parking can be a bit tough to find, but it's worth it How it works: Choose one of 3 sets with different options. A set (27.99 dinner) has basic brisket and a bunch of pork options, B set (33.99?) adds a few more + sushi, and c set (37.99 dinner) has the LA galbi and beef belly rib slices and NY steak, etc. Not sure if these are soft opening prices (see menu with red strike through), but we'll take it! Overall, the cuts of beef were on point with enough meat to fat ratio. Each piece was tender and they didn't give worse and worse pieces the longer you ate. There are also a variety of side items you can order. Special shoutout to Lily, who provided probably the best service we've ever had at a korean bbq spot, esp at an AYCE! Grill changes happened quickly and often and food came out quickly. They also have a full bar and happy hour until 7p on weekdays. Definitely our new go to spot for all you can eat kbbq

It was my first experience at a Korean bbq. Came to celebrate my niece's birthday and Lily provided an excellent service. 10/10 experience, I'll definitely be back.

No actual phone number to contact the restaurant. It just takes you to an automated voicemail.

So disappointed they dropped the fried green tomatoes from the menu. Prices are reasonable, especially for spirits and beer. We started with the chicken fried quail tenders, which had a fantastic dipping sauce with them. For entrées, we had the New York strip chicken fried steak and the steak frites. I wasn't crazy about the chicken fried steak as it was a ton of batter and a very thin, thin piece of steak inside. I don't think I would order it again. The mashed potatoes and green beans and jalapeño gravy were very good though. My friend enjoyed the steak frites.

We ordered deviled eggs and pork belly lollipop. Our server said to add pork belly on top of the egg and wow was she right, it was so delicious. I'm not typically a fan of pork belly, but the pork belly lollipop was flavorful and cooked to perfection. I ordered the roasted chicken dish which came with mashed potatoes and green beans which were all delicious. I'm not usually a leftovers kind of gal, but I brought home my chicken dish leftovers and ate it for lunch the next day. I will definitely be back here and soon (especially for those deviled eggs).

I can't say that there was a single thing that wasn't just superb. The best appetizer to me was the bruschetta. Super juicy and sweet. We had the bolognese, chicken sausage pasta and the Cacio y Pepe. I will say the Cat and Pepe was a little bit boring compared to the other two dishes. They were both spectacular. It was still good though, but you get such a unique flavor from the other others. The desert you can't go wrong with either. The strawberry tiramisu was perfect for summer but that olive oil cake thing was heaven as well. It all seriously was so fresh and good. We look forward to coming back and trying other things. Including coming for a traditional dinner. The staff was phenomenal, and the food was top-notch.

Eating off the bone was easy too Strawberry tiramisu - I was skeptical at first but I had a piece of strawberry from a drink and it's in season . Tiramisu felt more like a cake but it was fantastic. The crispiness was like it came from a baklava, the strawberry layers and macerated(?) ones inside were delicious. I devoured the whole thing Special limoncello drink - it was okay, I didn't finish it (different than the usual one) Fried green caprese - had this as an appetizer and the mozzarella and buttermilk vin carrier a lot here. Pretty solid and deep fried green tomato was great Dessert cocktail - pistachio creamy drink. They were missing an ingredient so I got a new one whipped up and it slaps. Drank the whole thing Clean and nice vibes - the windowsill was handy for storage if your table didn't have a hook. If you want a good farm to table spot with creative, seasonal menu options and rotating drinks, come here. I'll be back
