My husband and I went to this location on Saturday after 4 PM to order our subs before we ran our errands. The New York steamer sub was good, but my cheesesteak was disgusting . The cheesesteak was cold, not hot and the taste in the flavors was soggy, and I did not enjoy my sub at all and was very very disappointed. I was very surprised because the New York Steemer sub comes hot so my assumption is they're warming it up on the grill, but I guess not for the cheesesteak which is very disappointing because any type of steak should be grilled not microwaved

My sandwich with barley any meat.

I have already complained once, Here I am complaining once more. this is completely unacceptable I paid 12 dollars for a medium new Yorker and got BARLEY any meat on it what so ever, It looked slapped together as if it was maid by a bunch of un qualified teens. you have lost me as a costumer, Every time I order an extra pickle I never get it i don't care if you charge me for the extra pickle I really don't mind but the fact I got barley any meat and paid 12$ is outrageous and a rip off it's so sad to see how firehouse fell.

Once again an awesome lunch at Firehouse. Had to try the new Pork Slaw. Wow is it good! .

Great local sandwich shop, decently busy so I recommend ordering ahead of time. I got the build your own, turkey on wheat with all the veggies they have- very refreshing on a nice warm day. AND supporting a great cause, you can round up to support first responders. I will defintely be back, thanks Firehouse team!

Italian sub. Dang good.

I went with a 2 meat combo, brisket and pulled pork, added the combo with 2 sides and a drink (baked beans and fries...Pepsi products to drink). Total was about $28.00. Not cheap, but BBQ anywhere is always expensive. How was it? Delicious! 2 Meat Combo- The brisket was tasty! I got half lean/half fatty so it was like a small slice of each. Good smoke flavor, didn't really need any bbq sauce. The pulled pork was tasty, too. A little bit dry, but I prefer it that way. I threw on some of their sauces, and it was delicious. About their sauces..........They have 6 different kinds. I liked the Memphis one the best, and the worcesterchire sauce one was unique and tasty, too. On to the sides..........Baked beans were GREAT! I love thick and saucy baked beans, and these fit the bill. They had chunks of meat in them and were perfect! The fries were fresh cut, and provided the perfect vehicle to try out all their sauces. The meal comes with a piece of corn bread, too. It was solid. Service was super friendly and I really enjoyed my meal. I will definitely be back when a BBQ craving strikes. Glad to have this in Surprise!

The service was fast, but the food was not good at all. Rarely do I go somewhere to eat and feel this disappointed. Upon arriving in the drive-thru, the menu board looked horrible for a restaurant that has only been there a couple of years. There were remnants of stickers all over it where they'd crossed out menu items, but then apparently decided they were selling them again and didn't bother to get some goo gone to take off all the sticker parts, and one of the panels had nothing in it at all. The whole thing looked like it's been beat up. I don't usually notice these things that much, but I think it stood out to me because it's so new. I had checked out the menu before going and wanted the cod sandwich. We got there and they had a "discontinued" sticker across it on the menu board. So, we had to quickly figure out what else to order. We ended up with the fried shrimp meal, a lobster roll, and a chicken quesadilla. The only thing good about any of it was the fried shrimp. While it tasted a little salty, the flavor was good. Fries were meh. Lobster roll, I spit out my bite. Quesadilla was the most underwhelming excuse of a quesadilla I've ever seen. Smallish tortilla and cheese that didn't go to the ends with just a couple of big chunks of chicken. No good flavors here at all. We are both super disappointed and frankly I'm a little upset that I wasted a meal while also trying to talk myself out of feeling gross the rest of the day. While maybe someone could argue we ordered the wrong foods, this experience was so bad, I'll never give it a second chance.

Men's and women's restroom inside for customers. This is located at Prasada between First Watch, Einstein Bagels, and Torchy's Tacos. So I have this nostalgic search for something to replace the buffalo chicken burger with fries and the most delicious, thick ranch dip, that I used to get at Denny's on University Avenue in Riverside while I was at college in the late 1990s. I haven't found an exact replacement but today I found a 95% match. I got the sandwich and tots which came with a large piece of tender chicken breast that was grilled and blackened on the outside sitting between a thick slice of tomato and several pickles, and two large burger buns. We got the sneaky sauce and the ranch on the side. I poured the sneaky sauce and ranch onto my sandwich as I ate it and had flashbacks to the Denny's buffalo chicken burger. Very delicious and filling. The tots are also very tasty and crisp on the outside while soft in the center. Btw, they have sweet potato tots too. All this and an affordable price. They also have happy hour food deals. Hubs ordered some wings to try out and said these were pretty good as well; tender inside but they could be a little more crispy on the outside. He really loved his sandwich and tots as well, and commented on how good the tots were. We ordered a flatbread chicken pizza to try, but were so full after our sandwiches and tots that we took that home for leftovers or for our son to devour. It is protein packed, so no guilt about the carbs and comfort food. They also serve chickie nugs here which I crave sometimes as a comfort food. Glad to know this place exists and will definitely be back. To-go containers and sauce lids, as well as condiments and utensils located by the beverage fountain if you don't finish and you need to pack up your leftovers to go.

There are so many dining options in Prasada that it's easy to overlook smaller joints like sneakybird. We started off by sharing the barbecue chicken flatbread. This was our favorite part of the meal. Not to dismiss the tastiness of our entrees--the flatbread was just that good. For our meals, we both got the chicken tender combos. I enjoyed mine with tater tots. I thought the combinations of dry rubs and sauces were really fun. Overall, my favorite sauce was the Fool's Gold, as I am a huge fan of mustard-based barbecue sauces. There was a bit of a wait to get our food, but we really enjoyed the food. The team members were also super helpful in navigating the menu and by making suggestions to best enjoy our chicken. Great spot!

Stopped by Chick-fil-A during breakfast hours to try their new limited-time Chicken & Waffles…read moreSandwich. I went with the spicy chicken because I wanted to see what all the hype was about. Now, did it look like the picture on the menu? Hell nah! But I wasn't expecting it to either. The presentation was a little sloppy, with the chicken hanging out the sides and the bacon looking like it was just thrown in there. The waffles were thick and golden with a couple strips of bacon tucked between them and a nice crispy piece of spicy chicken. At first, I wasn't all that impressed. Without adding anything, it pretty much tastes like a regular spicy chicken filet stuck between two waffles. Nothing crazy. BUT HOLD UP! Here's where things got interesting. I added some honey, Texas Pete hot sauce, and a little syrup. Then I took it a step further and threw some pieces of hash browns in that bitch too! YOOOO! Now we had something going on! That combination changed the whole damn sandwich! You get that sweetness from the honey and syrup mixed with the heat from the spicy chicken and hot sauce. Throw in that salty bacon and the extra crunch from the hash browns and now we're talking! That shit reminded me of Mike's Hot Honey! Sweet, spicy, salty, and crispy all in one bite. OOOOH WEEEE! My advice? Don't eat this sandwich plain. Do yourself a favor and add the honey, Texas Pete, syrup, and some hash brown pieces. Trust me, it makes a HUGE difference. It's only around for a limited time, so if you're curious, give it a shot. Just don't expect it to look like the advertisement. Would I order it again? With my little honey, hot sauce, syrup, and hash brown combination? HELL YEAH!
