But personally I don't mind. When I do need to ask them for something they step up and are friendly and helpful. I love getting the tempura green beans, they're the perfect kind of crispy and I can pretend I got a healthier side. The BBQ Bacon Char is my favorite burger and super filling, but I love all their burgers. Still working through the menu but I'm sure I'd love the rest of it too. Their burgers are consistently cooked to just the right tenderness and seasoned well. The cucumber limeade was a first on this visit and quite a bit too sweet for me so I cut it with water.

I would say, not all items are 5 stars, but they are not 2 stars either, very consistently a 3 or 4. I personally love the chicken club, sirloin steak sandwich is such a good deal, and you will have pretty decent charred burgers. I've had nicer char at other Habit locations, but it's not a breaking deal.

I also got it mikes way. I love the oil and vinegar. I think it give the sandwiches such a good flavor, and it doesn't get it too soggy. This sandwich had so much meat. I got the regular size, and it was so big I got two meals out of it. The price isn't bad for how much you get! They have a Pepsi fountain as well as a fridge full of beverages. We had under 20 people so the 25 piece order was more than enough. They gave plenty of napkins, utensils, serving utensils, strawberries, a big serving of the caramel syrup (yum!) and whipped cream to match the order. Tip: if you're picking up your order, I'd suggest to make the pickup time 15-20 min ahead of your actual needed time. In my reservation, I put 445pm pickup time but they weren't ready until 5pm. It wasn't a problem though because I didn't need to be out of there until 515pm. Overall, great food that is perfect for catering! When the worker called out my name and I came to the counter I noticed a problem. Both my "smoothies" were the consistency of water. I mean not one trace of thick smoothie-ness in them. I asked if there was something going on, and why they were so runny. He told me he put too much ice in them. Wrong, that would not make them runny. I asked if he could re-do them (paying $15 for 2 drinks isn't cheap) and he told me that is how they are. I politely told him that I begged to differ. I told him to look at all the pictures on the walls of smoothies, none were runny like this. He would not do anything about it, except make excuses. So very disappointed. I will never return to this location. If you take the chance, be prepared for one runny drink and rude customer service!

Why can't they make a fresh pot of coffee if they know the one that they have ready, has been sitting around for hours.
