I love Jamba. I went into the store on Wed. Oct 27 a little after 10 am. No one was in there. I ordered 2 large orange dream machines. When the worker called out my name and I came to the counter I noticed a problem. Both my "smoothies" were the consistency of water. I mean not one trace of thick smoothie-ness in them. I asked if there was something going on, and why they were so runny. He told me he put too much ice in them. Wrong, that would not make them runny. I asked if he could re-do them (paying $15 for 2 drinks isn't cheap) and he told me that is how they are. I politely told him that I begged to differ. I told him to look at all the pictures on the walls of smoothies, none were runny like this. He would not do anything about it, except make excuses. So very disappointed. I will never return to this location. If you take the chance, be prepared for one runny drink and rude customer service! read more
