We ordered a large Toxic Flush (spinach, parsley, red apple, lemon, ginger) for $15.00 - a bit expensive, however you're getting fresh juice. They juice it per order so it's not pre-juiced sitting in a fridge somewhere. It tastes really good but also has a little kick from the ginger. Both my wife and I split the large and still had enough for the next morning. Excited to try the bowls. I plan on visiting in-store and will update my review then. https://www.nekterjuicebar.com/pages/menu

It's almost like they anticipate what I'm about to order and start making it before I finish saying what I want. My only complaint (concern) about this location is that the drive through exits right into the neighboring pharmacy's drive through. So watch out for that. Aubergine kitchen has probably my favorite smoothie ever now - the Matcha power! I am a huge Matcha fan. The Matcha powered drink has a very delicious coconut, whipped cream on top, and it is complemented by a piece of mint that really brings out the freshness in the drink. Aubergine kitchen is one of my favorite chain restaurants in Utah - it is healthy and delicious, best of both worlds. The servers were pretty quick with my order whenever I order through DoorDash. The ambience of the place is a nice modern healthy vibe. It's fitting for what it is because that's exactly what they serve.

The biggest issue was the flavor--or lack thereof. Everything we ordered felt flat and uninspired, and to make matters worse, the food was so cold and it was only a 5-minute drive from my house. It's disappointing because this used to be a reliable spot, but now it feels forgettable and overpriced for the quality you receive. There are too many other fresh options in Riverton now to settle for a cold, bland meal. Hopefully, they can find their way back to the quality they used to have, but we won't be rushing back anytime soon.
