Staff were friendly though. My sub was served fast, which was awesome! Maybe a minute or two after ordering. The Italian Meats sub wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. I got the large size. Sadly the portions are smaller than I expected for a "large" sub, compared to other sub places. Hoping it was going to be a well packed sub but wasn't. Overall 3 stars. Fast service, okay sub.

I returned to the counter and asked them to heat it again, explaining that it could jeopardize my health otherwise. The counter staff acted like I was extremely annoying and overall, it was a disappointing experience. The sandwich (still just kinda warm, not hot) was at least good, even though eating it made me feel nervous, and the mint brownie I also bought was delicious. I came again during Witch Fest, and even though the lines were longer, the service was better--but it could also be because I didn't have my sandwich heated that time. Overall, I'm unsure when or if I'll be back, but I definitely do recommend the food itself.

Today me and my bf went into this location. Absolutely shocked. Damien the manager was conversing with his two employees while making sandwich's (I thinkconsidering I ordered a club and a turkey bacon ranch & I got two turkey bacon ranch.) But they are talking about "Diana" a woman who sounded like had worked there in the past, who they were also all 3 speaking Negative about. I was also sitting at a table and could clearly hear all they were saying. The manager Damien then says horrible things about this Diana woman's son; and how he's been to jail, etc. Then they all start talking about their times in jail & drugs & then Damien the manager said "I haven't been but I've been to DT when I was younger, try being locked in a cage for 3 months all alone with only books" THE WHOLE STORE COULD HEAR HIM. Furthermore, talked about how his employee who is a woman asked to use the lavatory. She went & he laughed and mumbled something then said "ya that's what she calls it" to other employees with customers in the store! That's just disrespectful. Simple as that. The MANAGER. I was in shock. As I manager myself, I would guarantee this isn't tolerated especially in front of customers. Then to top it off, I took my meal to go after waiting about 20 minutes or so I leave & get home & my order WASNT CORRECT!! For 18$ total- and ordering a club for more meat & getting a turkey sandwich is just insane but considering no ones doing their job, makes sense I guess. TIP- maybe consider not sitting and talking especially about personal and other employees past or present. & with your employees being a manager. & on top of that, when 5 people are waiting for their order & DO YOUR JOB. read more

I went to this restaurant on 12-2-17. My friends and I arrived at 8:34. When we walked in we were promptly greeted by the two ladies behind the counter. There was a third employee who was mopping who said nothing and did not even look up. I approached the register where the employee who was mopping came up and immediately stated that me and my friends would have to carry out and could not eat-in because they closed at 9. Keep in mind it was just past 8:30. I took the not so subtle hint and said that was OK. While I was giving my order the employee (Nathan) seemed very irritated and rolled his eyes more than once. I did my best to ignore his rude behavior, paid my tab, and went to sit down. While I was waiting for my order, Nathan approached one of the ladies and said that he wanted her to mop while he performed other closing duties. She suggested the idea that he mop and she could refill the napkins. He then began loudly patronizing and lecturing her on why he closes the way he does and how napkins were not a priority. He did this not only in front of every customer there but also in front of the other employee. By the time he was done asserting his dominance my order was completed. I grabbed it, said, "thank you" and walked out with my friends. Not one employee said, "have a good night" or, "thanks for coming in". I will NOT go back to this restaurant. After leaving I ate in my car and was done eating by 8:55. In my mind 5 minutes is plenty of time to wipe down one table after a customer has used it. I will NOT go back to this location. read more

Don't get me wrong, everyone was kind, just...not at all service-oriented towards a very hungry crowd. I did finally see some tables "bussed," but they were not wiped down or disinfected in any way. Which doesn't give me hope for the cleanliness of the rest of the place. At minute 45 of waiting, my husband went to ask what is going on, but had to wait in a line to do so. At one hour, we finally got to the register and said, "If you haven't even started our food yet, we'd love a refund." We got a refund. Hallelujah. They were kind about that But that also means we had waited for our food for an entire hour and they still hadn't even started it or come out to explain- nothing. Not even an apology. What we did get was a quiet resignation. We felt really bad for the girl working the register. I rated the food 3 stars bc I know it's good in Ohio, but we didn't actually ever get any served to us. But the worst part is knowing a place I love from Ohio is failing me. An hour and a half (30 min round trip and an hour of waiting) of my life I'll never get back.
