I had my phone and brought up an email tried to submit an order. It wouldn't work. The food was good- about the same as every other time I've enjoyed firehouse subs. The difference that this location was the time it took to get our order. We waited for a long while. They had machines taking orders and it wasn't busy when we ordered. We ordered one and which on garlic wheat bread, but when it came we couldn't tell if the bread had any garlic in it. They took an hour too make my sandwhich service was bad girl had a poor attitude. They did not care and were very slow and rude. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. The food was good. The story behind Firehouse subs is one of the main reasons I go. But honestly the service needs to be stepped up. My order was placed at 1:59pm online. We realized after we paid the time for pick auto populated to 2:30pm. I showed up at 2:10pm told them what happened and to see if they could start on my order after the current orders they had. I was told that probably couldn't happen because they had 5 orders in front of mine, and they were in the middle of there rush. Okay, then my order should then be done by the 2:30pm pick up time. I sat and waited. Two orders placed in store, after mine were made before mine. My order did not even started to get worked on until after 2:30pm. By 2:42pm my order was still not done. I also had been waiting in the lobby for over 30mins...waiting. I really hate leaving bad reviews and I'm more lenient when it comes to food service since I worked it when I was younger. But that place needs major help in service and probably a better way of organizing how orders are made and goes out. read more

I came in on a Sunday around 1250 to order a sandwich. Of course, it's Sunday around lunch time. I expect it to be busy that's fine. I order and start waiting. And waiting. And waiting. More people are coming in. DoorDash people are piling up it's becoming a cluster in there. 30 minutes go by and people that were in front of me still haven't gotten their sandwiches so I still wait and start chatting with a DoorDash driver. 45 minutes hits and I see someone that ordered AFTER ME get their sandwich. So at this point I start talking to another lady telling her what's going on and she like oh your next and getting all excited for me. She'd been there probably 40 minutes. It hits 50 minutes so I go ask the cooks hey I have been waiting close to an hour can you check my order. I hand her my receipt and she starts scrambling around on the screen and looks lost. For those that don't know, if you order a carry out or a dine in the cook will shout your name out for you to pick it up. This is important. She then tells me let me check some where. She goes over to the online order area in which names are not called out and my sandwich was sitting there. She apologized for the wait and that was it. Why was my sandwich over there and for how long? I shouldn't have had to look there because they were suppose to call my name since I ordered in the store. I tried to get my birthday sub and was told that if it wasn't in the app I could not get it, I am 73 and I asked the manager Cryanna why it wasn't in the app she said they changed it and I should have gotten it on my birthday and she couldn't help me. My husband placed an order for a sub through the app. He drove down to pick it up within the allotted timeframe. He said when he got there, there were 4 people ahead of him still waiting for their pickup orders. He said the teenagers working there were just goofing off and throwing gloves to each other. Explain to me how it's so difficult to make a sandwich that is ordered. Ordered a Hero and asked to put the ham on one side and the Turkey on the other side. So what did they do! I also want to commend Josh today for having the uncomfortable conversation and sharing the mask policy with a client that was ridiculous about it. GROSS HAIR FOUND IN SUB! We eat at firehouse subs several times a year and think it's good but this ruined it for my wife. She took a bite and pulled out a nasty long hair that was entangled in her sub. GROSS!
