Downloaded yelp just to leave my first bad review. I was sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes looking at that dumb screen. No one in front of me. finally someone came to the speaker. I asked, "what's the ocean water?" He said it was like a blue sprite and I said "oh okay thanks I don't want that, I'd like a blue coconut slushie." He said okay one second. Then I saw him walk off the POS system and didn't come back for 4 minutes. none of these numbers are exaggerated. Dude comes back and rings in the ocean water. We were literally going maybe 3-5 times a week mainly for the drinks but today they told us they will charge for even one sauce with poppers, chicken nuggets or mozzarella sticks. Okay so I ordered my food, the burgers and drinks were great and exactly as I had ordered, which in this day and age is nothing short of a miracle (from any restaurant) my biggest complaint is that all of our food was put in one bag, which quickly broke causing all of our mozzarella sticks to fall on the ground. Went during half price shake specials, ordered a reeces blast with EXTRA reeces and added cookie dough for myself and the strawberry cheesecake one for my better half. Upon my departure, I noticed that they had sprinkled about 4 pieces of reeces on top and gave me basically a large cup full of just vanilla soft serve. They did correct it but the strawberry cheesecake was definitely 1/2 price... half whip cream and no strawberry chunks, that I didnt find out until I got home. definitely need to rethink the staff at that store for sure . This location does not accept Postmates orders, although they won't tell you that until you've placed an order, have needlessly waited in line, and given them your credit card. There's no disclaimer or signage warning you of this at the drive through menu, the window, or anywhere else, despite the fact there's signs plastered everywhere that they accept food delivery orders from other competitors such as Uber Eats. It's a terrible inconvenience for the Postmates driver and for the customer. Not to mention a waste of products and time when the employees have already prepped the food. If I was the general manager, I would speak with my credit card vendor to figure out how to continue accepting Postmates orders, otherwise it's lost business through and through. Because of this negative experience, I will be avoiding this location as a driver and a customer. read more

Honestly I would avoid this sonic as much as possible. There's too many incidents that I'm now coming to write a review. 1. I came here and ordered a cold brew and a Diet Coke. They took my card and then I didn't see them for 5 minutes but could see my Diet Coke was ready. There were no other people here. She finally came up and said they didn't have cold brew ready (it was 9 am) and they just started making it. My child was already fussy at the point so I said I'll just have my soda and go because my child was fussy. She then played with my card for another 2 minutes before letting me go. 2. I ordered 4 drinks. It was $12.41. I gave $20.41. The employee left the window opened and asked her employees if it was $7 or $8 change. 3. Today I ordered French toast sticks and a drink. It was $11.02. I gave $21.02. The employee gives my $9. I look at her and she holds up the $1 and asks if I want my change. What? 4. Today they also messed up my order. They were trying to give me a hot dog not French toast sticks. So I asked to just charge me my drinks and give the rest back. The two girls so we're so confused on what to do. Then some man is yelling "what does she want? Why is she still here? Just give her what she wants." This Sonic used to be my place in highschool. Five years later and it's a shit show.. it's frustrating because I need a drive thru because my daughter is in the back seat and there's no other sonic that close.
