It was a quick stop for some crispy chicken burger and a chicken slider. The service was quick, the place is clean and decent crowd. The slider is very small and tasted alright. The popcorn chicken was good and my kid enjoyed it. Overall had a good experience. read more

So disappointed... Ordered my burger no bun and no cheese grilled onions. Ummm hello did you hear me say light on the lettuce? I barely got any. It's like they cared very little about my order and threw it in the box. I had to special order because I can't have the bun or cheese. The burger looked so unappealing. Worst ever from them. Wish I could have gotten my money back. I even had to wait over 5 minutes in the drive-thru for the order. read more

Mold on my bun for a jr burger. I have Crohn's disease and should have skipped a fast food meal either way BUT I didn't. Most likely in a couple of hours I'm going to throw up due to my stomach being so sensitive and easily irritated. There's a small chance that the mold on the bun was NOT SEEN by the cook or other employees who sold it to me which absolutely disgusts me to think about. Every single one of you should be embarrassed to have a job and held accountable for making a person sick. I hope you are treated the same in the fast food industry when you go to purchase your next meal. I hope sonic re-trains their employees and advises The health department exists for a reason! Shame on you all read more

All I can say is, what the heck just happened. I ordered, and paid. Waiting for my order and a guy opens the window and says nothing. Hands me a bag of my food, says nothing. Hands me my drink... basically just shoves it at me. Then hands me my straw... just shoves it at me without saying anything, the all of this is a separate hand off/ shoving motion then the receipt, separate and shoves it at me. No words. I say thank you and he finally says thank you. I just thought he couldn't talk, and that's okay, but his mannerisms and actions were word as hell. read more

The service was AMAZING!! I did have a small issue with one of the employees, but Benjamin resolved it quickly and efficiently. The food and drinks Benjamin prepared was exquisite! I truly enjoyed my experience from this Sonic location, despite the mishaps with the other employee, who's name I did not get because he was uncooperative. Thank you Benjamin!! read more

Downloaded yelp just to leave my first bad review. I was sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes looking at that dumb screen. No one in front of me. finally someone came to the speaker. I asked, "what's the ocean water?" He said it was like a blue sprite and I said "oh okay thanks I don't want that, I'd like a blue coconut slushie." He said okay one second. Then I saw him walk off the POS system and didn't come back for 4 minutes. none of these numbers are exaggerated. Dude comes back and rings in the ocean water. I say "brother you've gotta be kidding me." I leave the drive thru. I'd leave a 0 star if I could. I'm going to watch videos of sonic workers falling on skates. Have a good day. read more

The service is really slow and they took over a half hour to get DRINKS. Just drinks no food. We had to push the button and ask for them over 3 times and they still took forever. And this is EVERY-TIME. The place isn't too clean but it At least seemed sanitary, no bathrooms. read more

Worst Sonic. I drive 30 minutes back home and my food was ALL wrong. And the "Manager" was so rude to me and my dad! I had to waste gas just to go back there and get the right food. read more

Typically the service here is fine. A little slow but atleast they are kind. Far from the "managers" attitude tonight. His hateful attitude and rude responses were and should be looked into by corporate. read more

this was the worst service i have ever experience. 1. tax asf 2. the worker was looking at my girl funny and it took me 30 mins to get one singular corn dog. never coming back read more

Ridiculous my family and I have crossed this sonic off our list! We were literally going maybe 3-5 times a week mainly for the drinks but today they told us they will charge for even one sauce with poppers, chicken nuggets or mozzarella sticks. They even show the sauce coming with the food in the pics. I think it's a sneaky way to up the bill and so we will go spend our money elsewhere. I totally understand charging for excessive sauces but one should come with the order! Bye Sonic! keep your overpriced greasy food LOL read more

Okay so I ordered my food, the burgers and drinks were great and exactly as I had ordered, which in this day and age is nothing short of a miracle (from any restaurant) my biggest complaint is that all of our food was put in one bag, which quickly broke causing all of our mozzarella sticks to fall on the ground. This was poorly designed and the employees should know better. To make matters worse, getting a refund is nearly impossible. read more

Went during half price shake specials, ordered a reeces blast with EXTRA reeces and added cookie dough for myself and the strawberry cheesecake one for my better half. Upon my departure, I noticed that they had sprinkled about 4 pieces of reeces on top and gave me basically a large cup full of just vanilla soft serve. They did correct it but the strawberry cheesecake was definitely 1/2 price... half whip cream and no strawberry chunks, that I didnt find out until I got home. definitely need to rethink the staff at that store for sure . Also is corporate food places just giving up on customer service? Just a common accurance across the board with every fast food place these days. Hire me for corporate training read more

insanely slow service, literally every time i come to this sonic (which i have come to for many many years due to the fact it's close. if you don't have to go here i'd avoid it, the wait is typically 15-30 minutes even with a mobile order while waiting at the pick up stalls. read more

The worst service consistently is at this location. The latest is that it took more than 20 minutes to get a shake ordered in their app.

I was just there for a DoorDash order. Having recently started DoorDashing, I was confused on where to pick up the food so I asked the worker upfront. Her name tag read Noemy. She was really rude when I asked her for help. She rolled her eyes and gave attitude when answering my question. So I haven't been here since my last review about 6 months ago, but I was craving a coney and some tater tots and thought I'd give it another try. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! This place is as good or better than most in its class. Perfect? Maybe not but the service is at least the best to be expected in this type of industry. Reading the negative remarks, please, keep in mind a ridiculous comment doesn't make you a professional in judging an establishment. Pulling hotdogs from the trash? Really? Seriously? Go away. Nobody believes you. How do you know about what happens within the business? Sounds more like a personal issue than a reliable review. read more

My order was brought out to me faster than usual, which was nice because it is often pretty slow even when I'm one of a few cars in the lot. This time, a young man with brown hair brought my slush to my car and I said "thank you so much!" and he didn't even look at me or say anything. As he started to walk away I said, "have a great day!" and he barely glanced at me through the corner of his eye and said nothing and walked back to the kitchen. There is a rude chubby dude here who is the biggest jerk on the planet and I'm calling corporate today to complain. He never gets the order right. Without fail, Every. Single. Time. They will mess up my order. I keep asking myself why I continue to give them a chance. It's literally across the street from where I live, so it's convenient and tempting. I always order a regular drink, #4 combo with tots, and a plain cheeseburger for the kid. Either it comes out with someone else's order, missing items, extra items, incorrect, cold, 30 minutes later, or just gross. Sometimes all of the above. It's beyond ridiculous. I've tried at least 10 times over the span of a year. I repeat... Every. Single. Time. read more

Do NOT order food from this location. It's always dry and overdone and lacking in flavor of any kind. We live nearby and have tried this place a few times and every visit is worse than the last. The only thing we've actually enjoyed from here is the ice cream (and their crushed ice). read more

My order was pretty small in portion. I paid $8 for an unsweetened peach that should've been sweet. Soggy onion rings and a misadvertised small (jumbo) popcorn chicken. The grease just made me sick. On two occasions I've gone to this location and I've had a terrible experience each time. Had I not flagged one of the people who run your orders out I never would've got my falsely advertised meal. Avoid. read more

I got a blue cream Slush and it had a bunch of brown specks all inside of it. It probably was just some crumbles from one of the nearby toppings. I just didn't appreciate it. Although it may not effect me very badly, it could effect people that have gluten or nut allergies terribly. Could even be deadly. The cross contamination is a dangerous situation. read more

I am very disappointed with Jackie and her horrible service. I tried ordering my food on the Sonic App to be able to get my drinks at half price like it says on the commercial. The app was down so I asked Jackie to give my drinks a half price. She said no when I asked to see a manager she said the manager was too busy to speak to me. I told her I would not mind waiting. We waited 25 minutes and nobody came; so, we left and went to McDonald's. This is a very unacceptable SONIC! read more

This location does not accept Postmates orders, although they won't tell you that until you've placed an order, have needlessly waited in line, and given them your credit card. There's no disclaimer or signage warning you of this at the drive through menu, the window, or anywhere else, despite the fact there's signs plastered everywhere that they accept food delivery orders from other competitors such as Uber Eats. It's a terrible inconvenience for the Postmates driver and for the customer. Not to mention a waste of products and time when the employees have already prepped the food. If I was the general manager, I would speak with my credit card vendor to figure out how to continue accepting Postmates orders, otherwise it's lost business through and through. Because of this negative experience, I will be avoiding this location as a driver and a customer. read more
