Enjoyed my medium hook and ladder sandwich from firehouse subs today. The meat and toppings tasted fresh in addition to the bread. The only reason for the four stars instead of five is because it took a very long time to prepare our sandwiches when it wasn't very busy. Maybe they had a bunch of to go orders or another reason for the delay, but it was still very tasty!

This is my first time coming to this firehouse subs location. The ladies working were extremely rude and slow. It took forever for them to make the sandwiches. Fortunately, the sandwiches were still good.

Super friendly and spontaneous atmosphere. Really good food and working hard. Excellent service. Deserves raises. Good workers are are to come by.

Lone Tree Dining Area - they have one of those fancy schmancy coke machines in the back.

I have been eyeing this place ever since my last 5 guys experience (it is right next door). It sits right off Lincoln near Yosemite where they have built all those shops near the ginormous Super Target. The good: - Its friendly! They greet every person with a loud "Welcome to the Firehouse"! in unison. Plus the kiddos had little plastic firehats on - cute freebie. - Subs are fresh and warm (they mostly do hot subs). - They have every type of hot sauce on the planet (exaggeration) for your condiment needs! The So-So: - The "welcome" greeting gets really old at lunch time after you hear it 10 times. - They were really slow, it took like 10m to get my sandwich with only 2 people ahead of me and then they forgot to make it to go (so it took even longer). Maybe it is because they are heated? No idea, but if it was any busier it would have sucked. I had the Hook & Ladder Fully Loaded (turkey, ham, Monterey Jack & loaded complete with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a dill spear on the side). It was great and I love that they serve it warm. The bread was nice and soft and the pickle was really garlicky! I spent about $6+change for a medium which isn't cheap, but doesn't strike me as expensive either. It makes a good lunch spot - if I have the time to wait!

Meatball sub... Not too shabby, but I think I'll be sticking with my turkey bacon ranch!

The place was dirty, the tables were sticky with old food/sauce, service was poor and the sandwich was mediocre. I will not return.

Came for a birthday treat…read more In-N-Out has everything down to a science. The employee at the drive though taking my order was friendly and helpful. The cashier was efficient and the associate who gave me my food made sure everything was correct. My order was a double double animal style with extra grilled onions. If you've never had In-N-Out the double double is two patties of meat with two pieces of melted American cheese, fresh iceberg lettuce, tomato and spread on a delicious bun. Animal style adds mustard on the patties, extra spread, pickles and grilled onions. I also sprung for animal style fries well. The well means the fries are cooked a bit longer than normal. In-N-Out does use fresh potatoes so they're made to order. They have Coke products and usually go for that or fresh iced tea. Today I sprung for a Neapolitan shake, which is chocolate, strawberry and vanilla mixed together. A delicious meal and I'll be back again.

I asked that they adjust from dine in to carry out and they did great. There weren't spots to be had to sit anyway. Unfortunately, the animal style burger seemed cold as did the animal style fries. Let's face it, their fries kind of suck. Even with all the stuff on them they weren't much better. The special sauce doesn't have the zing of Mickey D's. I don't think I'll be going there again. We don't have them in the Midwest where I live, and I'm okay with that. Over hyped.

I've given this food truck two chances at two different breweries, and both times were a disaster…read more The truck looks cool -- graffiti-style with "Hot Chicken" plastered on it -- but here's the kicker: they don't actually serve hot chicken. False advertising right off the bat. On top of that, they can't show up on time. Both times I've waited on them, they rolled in hours late. One football Sunday they didn't even arrive until 2:40 PM... when games start around 11 AM. Not exactly a reliable partner for breweries trying to host customers. Now for the food: honestly, it's nothing like the pictures online. It comes out looking sloppy and unappetizing. Against our better judgment, my friends and I ordered anyway -- and all of us got sick. This wasn't a one-off either. Both times I ate from this truck, I got sick. That's a major red flag. The owners themselves are nice people, but the product and execution are unacceptable. At this point, the health department really needs to step in and inspect this truck because something isn't right. They also have a brick & mortar restaurant in Lone Tree, but after two bad experiences, I won't be going anywhere near it. If I see this truck at a brewery again, I'll be eating somewhere else.

Authentic, homemade, flavorful, inventive and delicious food! The owner, who stopped by our table to check on us and chat, is from Mexico City and brought all the flavors of Mexico to Colorado and I'm glad he did. Good food, good music, good service. Not sure what else you need?! On the small downside, yes it is a little more costly than other places. I think part of that is the location, Lone Tree being in a wealthier part of Douglas County. However, don't let that stop you from going, just plan accordingly.
